Fees for Summer Camps are paid at time of registration to hold your spot in the camp. If you cancel your summer enrollment prior to March 15, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel your summer enrollment prior to May 1, you'll receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations after May 1st are non-refundable.

For tuition fees for the Sept-May dance season, all fees are non-refundable. Class credit and transfers may be available in select circumstances.

I give permission for my child to participate in activities with Fusion DanceWorks - in person, in studio, and via online platforms. I understand Miranda Beyer, Fusion DanceWorks, its staff and partners are NOT responsible for any loss, injuries, or accidents that occur during participation. I take full responsibility for my child before and after class, and will make all necessary arrangements.

Dancers and dance families understand that participation in activities at Fusion DanceWorks presents known and inherent risks regarding any potential and/or actual infection of Covid-19 and/or any related illness. By signing below and participating in Fusion DanceWorks and activities, the dancer and families have assumed the risks.

I give permission to Miranda Beyer and Fusion DanceWorks to use images of my child for public relations purposes. This may include: photographs and or videos; for use in materials that include, but are not limited to: social media, printed materials, newspaper articles, digital images, and video documentation.
