Dance Studio Waiver & Policies
By registering for classes, rehearsals, performances, camps, workshops, or private lessons, families acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly payments are due by studio deadlines.
Late or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.
Costume, competition, and registration fees are non-refundable.
Attendance & Conduct
Dancers are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.
Respectful behavior is expected from dancers and families at all times.
The studio reserves the right to dismiss students or families for inappropriate conduct.
Recital & Competition
Performance classes participate in recital.
Competitive dancers are expected to attend all mandatory rehearsals, competitions, and events.
Competition and choreography fees are non-refundable once entered or scheduled.
Private Lesson Policy
Private lessons are scheduled based on studio and instructor availability.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a private lesson.
Missed or late-cancelled privates may be charged in full.
Choreography remains the property of the choreographer and studio.
Health & Safety Waiver
Dance and physical activity involve risk of injury. By participating in studio activities, families accept all associated risks.
Dancers should not attend classes or events while sick or contagious.
Media Release
The studio may use photos or videos from classes, rehearsals, performances, and events for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.
Liability Release
The studio, staff, and instructors are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents that may occur during participation in studio activities.
By registering, families confirm they have read and agreed to these policies and waivers.
