5. Required method of payment is Autopay utilizing a debit/credit card in the Dance Studio parent portal that you use to enroll you/your child. Other methods of payment (Zelle, Chase Quickpay or check) are available upon request with an increase in tuition price. Contact TBOP personnel if you have any questions.

RECITAL EXPENSES & INFORMATION (I Understand & Accept)
Recital Date: Saturday June 20, 2026
1. We will have an end of the season recital for all classes. All students are required to participate in the end of the dance season recital (Owner’s discretion). If you choose not to participate in the recital, you are only allowed to be a part of TBOP Dance Factory until the last week of classes in December 2025.
2. Please note that all classes for the months prior to the recital (Feb-June) are of the utmost importance to your child as well as the entire class. Please plan for your child to be in attendance for the benefit of your child’s performance and the studio. If a student misses more than 3 unexcused classes or have an outstanding tuition balance in May/June 2026, TBOP staff and administration has the ability to remove the student from participating in the recital.
3. All final costume fees are due by the first week of classes in November 2025. Costumes not paid by the due date will not be ordered.
4. All costume fees are non-refundable.
5. All accounts must be brought up to date as of the month of May 2025 for your child to participate in the recital.
COSTUME EXPENSES (I Understand & Accept)
1. Full costume payments are due by the end of the first week in November 2025.
2. All classes have a costume (some classes may have two, you will be notified, if this is the case) for our annual recital.
3. Costume fees are non-refundable.
4. Students are measured in November 2025 for costumes after costume payments are made.
5. You are responsible for costume measurement adjustments and separately purchasing all the proper under garments for all costumes.
*Costumes are ordered in December 2025. Only costumes that are paid in full will be ordered. Costumes will not be ordered if a student is inactive or if account is delinquent. Late costume payments will possibly jeopardize your child receiving a costume, as the costume stores sometimes run out early. That will in turn, affect their chances of being in the recital.
Costume Fees:
Pre-Dance & Mommy & Me Students (ages 4-7) - $75/costume (2 costumes are required for all pre-classes)
Ballet - $90/costume
Modern / Jazz - $90/costume
Urban - $90/costume
Tap - $90/costume
Adult Costumes - $95/costume
Additional Charges: Children (XLC–Adult -$5) and Adult Costumes (XL + $10) (You will be notified)
DANCER’S ETIQUETTE (I Understand & Accept)
1. All participants are asked to be respectful and courteous to all instructors, parents and other students.
2. Students wearing inappropriate dancewear or shoes will be asked to watch rather than take class.
3. Dance shoes should only be worn in class – not to and from the studio.
4. No gum, food, or drinks are allowed in the studio.
5. No jewelry or watches to be worn during class.
6. Please be on time for class. It is the teacher’s discretion as to whether a child is too late for class. Please be courteous and ask the teacher if your child can still participate. Being late is disruptive to the other students and your child is missing valuable class time.
7. A courtesy call is very much appreciated if your child is ill or will not be able to attend class.
8. Please be prompt in picking up your child. A $10 late fee will be billed starting at 10 minutes past the end of the class.
9. Teachers are only responsible for students while they are in class. Parents are responsible for helping their children change into their dance shoes, making sure they make it to class on time, and picking them up on time.
10. All students should wait outside the studio door until the previous class is dismissed and their class time begins. Students are not allowed to leave the studio until directed by the teacher. NO student is allowed to leave the waiting area until the person(s) picking him or her up have arrived.
11. Parents / Visitors are asked not to enter the studio while class is in session.
12. If class needs to be cancelled due to a severe weather emergency or personal emergency, The Body of Praize Dance Factory will contact you via text, phone or email.
