By registering for dance classes, I understand that enrollment is a commitment to the session/season. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once classes begin, regardless of attendance, illness, injury, vacation, or other personal circumstances.
Costume, recital, workshop, and other special-event fees are also non-refundable once paid or once expenses have been incurred by the studio,
If a student withdraws from a class, written notice must be provided to the studio, Any exception to this policy will be considered at the sole discretion of the studio.
Release of Liability
I understand that participation in dance, movement, stretching, and related activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I agree that my child participates voluntarily and that I am responsible for informing the studio of any medical condition, physical limitation, or other circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.
To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless, Dancing with Denise, Ltd., its instructors, staff and representatives from claims arising from participation in studio activities, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or intentional misconduct,
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the studio and its staff to obtain medical assistance for my child when I cannot be reached,
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policy.
