By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I have copied and pasted the provided link and completed and signed the 2025 MKC Dance Studio Liability Waiver. I understand that my dancer may not participate in classes until the waiver is completed.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all MKC Dance Studio policies, including but not limited to attendance expectations, payment policies, recital and costume requirements, and studio behavior guidelines.
I understand that all registration fees, tuition payments, costume payments, and performance fees are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, absence, schedule changes, or dismissal due to policy violations.
By submitting this registration, I agree to abide by all current and future MKC Dance Studio policies for the 2025 season.
