Please Note: All competitive class fees are non-refundable after Friday, October 1st, 2026.

After this time no competitive classes can be dropped and must be continued for the remainder of the dance season. If dropped, no fees will be refunded. Competitive dancers are committing to their team, choreography, costumes, and competition preparation for the season. Dropping classes impacts the entire group. Dancers will only be excused from group numbers for medical reasons. Families remain responsible for any costumes, stage makeup, earrings, choreography fees, and competition registration fees that have already been ordered or paid, even if a dancer withdraws from a routine or is unable to continue due to injury or medical circumstances.

NO REFUNDS FOR PRE-COMPETITIVE SEMESTER TWO CLASSES AFTER:

You will be charged a $30 refund fee / class dropped, plus any classes that have passed (whether or not your dancer has attend class).

This must be filled out and returned to the studio for any new members before classes commence.

Risk

Please be advised that there are risks involved in participating in any exercise or dance program. By participating in anything offered by Art in Motion, including but not limited to: classes, workshops, dance camps, videos, resources, information, live online classes, or any third-party videos provided, you are assuming all risk of injury that might result. Art in Motion and our instructors shall not be held liable for any claims of injuries or damages whatsoever, resulting from or connected with the use of the information, hands on corrections, props, classes, or videos provided. We further disclaim any liability caused by intentional or unintentional negligence.
