Tuition Policies
Tuition Breakdown
Tuition at Leap of Faith Dance Studio is based on the full season (August–May), not by the number of classes in a month.
To make things simple, we divide the total season tuition into 9 equal monthly payments, regardless of how many classes fall within a given month.
This means:
Some months may have 3 weeks of class due to holidays or breaks
Others may have 5 weeks of class
Tuition remains the same each month to provide consistency and simplify budgeting
This system helps balance out the year and ensures that all holiday breaks and extra class weeks are fairly accounted for over the course of the season.
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month
A $15 late fee applies after the 10th. If unpaid, the card on file will be charged on the 15th
Accounts past due 60 days may result in non-participation
Accepted payments: cash, check, or credit card (fees may apply)
$30 fee for returned checks. Two or more = cash/money order only
Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, or missed classes
Accounts must be current for recital participation
Only past-due accounts will receive printed statements
There is no contract but, to withdraw, please notify the teacher in writing within 30 days. Tuition and fees must be paid in full for the month of withdrawal
Students who skip a month but return must pay for the missed month
Recital & Costumes (December and May)
Costumes:
$60–$150 each (not including tights)
Measured in class. Usually in September and January.
Costume Balance due by October 7th and February 7th – cash/check only (no online payments)
Costumes will not be ordered without full payment
Late orders are not guaranteed
