Dress Code Policy To ensure dancer safety and allow each student to get the most out of class, a proper dress code is required and will be enforced. Dancers who are not in dress code may be asked to sit out of class. **Leap of Faith Dance Studio Media Opt-Out Policy** At Leap of Faith Dance Studio, we respect the privacy of our students and their families. We often capture photos and videos of classes, performances, and events to celebrate and promote our dancers' achievements. However, we understand that some families may prefer to keep their dancer’s image private. If you wish to opt your dancer out of any media, including photos and videos, please provide written notice. This notice must include your dancer’s full name and any specific media requests. Once received, we will update our records to ensure your dancer is not included in any studio media. Please note: - Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing to the studio or by email at leapoffaithdancestudioga@gmail.com. - This notice will be kept on file and respected at all studio events, performances, and during routine class photography and videography. - If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact leapoffatihdancestudioga@gmail.com. Email Communication Policy At Leap of Faith Dance Studio, email is our primary form of communication. Important information will be shared via email, including but not limited to: Class cancellations and make-up days Studio events and announcements Account statements and billing notices Monthly newsletters Recital information and important deadlines Parents and guardians are responsible for checking their email regularly and staying informed of all studio communications. By signing this acknowledgment, you understand and agree that all essential information regarding your child’s classes, studio policies, and events will be communicated via email, and it is your responsibility to read and review these messages in a timely manner. By enrolling your dancer, you agree to comply with all studio policies outlined below. Recitals & Costumes (December & May) Please Note: The Nutcracker performance occurs on odd-numbered years only. On odd years in December, a $15 costume maintenance fee applies. Costume Information Costumes range from $60–$150 per costume (tights not included) Students must provide a nude-colored leotard for quick costume changes Costume measurements are taken in class (typically September & January) Costume Payments Costume balances are due: September 7th (even years only) February 7th Cash or check only (no online payments) Costumes will not be ordered without full payment No costume = no recital participation Late orders are not guaranteed Parents are responsible for any necessary alterations Costume Distribution Costumes will be distributed after the recital Tuition and fees must be paid in full to receive costumes If a student withdraws without notice, costumes are forfeited, even if paid Season & Recital Information Dance season runs August–May The season concludes with a mandatory rehearsal and recital in May

By enrolling your dancer, you agree to comply with all studio policies outlined below. Auto-Pay Required: All accounts must be set up on auto-pay. Auto-pay is processed on the 30th of each month, with tuition due by the 1st. Annual Registration Fee: $30 per family (non-refundable) First Month’s Tuition: Due before the first class Non-Refundable: All tuition and fees are non-refundable Monthly Tuition Rates 30-minute class: $65/month 45-minute class: $70/month 60-minute class: $75/month Additional classes (2nd, 3rd, 4th): 20% discount Family Discount Applies to immediate family only Requires one monthly payment Tuition cannot be split between parents or students
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all dancers. General Safety Children should not be left unattended before or after class (especially ages 2–6) The studio is not responsible for students outside of class time Prompt arrival and pick-up is appreciated, especially for the last class of the day Please drive carefully around the studio Attendance Regular attendance is essential for progress Excessive absences may affect recital participation If 4 or more classes are missed, the student may be removed from the recital (case-by-case and discussed in advance) Notify the instructor if your child must leave class early In-Studio Rules No food, drinks, gum, or toys in classrooms No cell phones during class Preschool dancers should use the bathroom before class No running, hanging on barres, mats, or balance beams before class Cover-ups are not permitted during class Classroom Etiquette Class viewing is not allowed except on designated Visitor Days Peeking through doors is distracting to students Parents may schedule conferences with instructors (no meetings between classes) Behavior Expectations Students are expected to: Follow instructor directions Show respect to teachers and classmates If behavior issues arise, the following steps may be taken: Verbal redirection Time-out Parent conference The studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Tuition Policies & Billing Tuition Breakdown Tuition is based on the full dance season (August–May), not the number of classes in a given month. To provide consistency and simplify budgeting: Annual tuition is divided into equal monthly payments Some months may include 3 weeks of classes due to holidays or breaks Other months may include 5 weeks of classes Monthly tuition remains the same throughout the season This system ensures fairness and balances out holidays and extra class weeks over the course of the year. Late Payments & Past Due Accounts A $15 late fee applies after the 5th of the month If unpaid, the card on file will be charged on the 5th Two failed auto-pay attempts will result in an additional fee Accounts past due more than 5 days may result in non-participation Only past-due accounts will receive printed statements Additional Tuition Policies Accepted payment method: Card via Auto-Pay (processing fees may apply) Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, or missed classes Accounts must be current in order to participate in recitals Students who skip a month but return are responsible for paying the missed month Withdrawal Policy There is no long-term contract; however: Written notice must be provided 30 days in advance to withdraw Tuition and fees must be paid in full for the month of withdrawal If notice is not given and attendance stops, auto-pay will continue Please notify the studio to avoid unwanted charges
