Bravo Dance Co. – Tuition & Fee Policies
At Bravo Dance Co., we strive to maintain a smooth and professional financial process for all families. To ensure this, we have outlined clear policies regarding NSF (non-sufficient funds) and late payments. Please read carefully.
NSF and Late Payment Policy
Any returned cheque (NSF or otherwise) will incur a $25.00 fee.
A replacement payment, including the NSF fee, must be received within five (5) business days.
Payments not received within five (5) business days will be subject to a 5% late fee per business day.
If payment, including late fees, is not received within ten (10) business days, all services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
Refund Policy
Bravo Dance Co. offers flexible payment plans: paid in full, two payments, or monthly installments. Regardless of your chosen payment method, registering for a season-long class represents a commitment from September to May.
Please note: Monthly payments are a convenience option and do not imply the ability to withdraw at any time without penalty.
Season-Long Classes
A 100% refund or cancellation (minus registration fee) is available before the first day of classes.
A 50% refund or cancellation is available if your dancer withdraws within 14 days of the first class.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days, unless due to injury, illness, or relocation, which will be considered case-by-case.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Studio Director.
Costume deposits are non-refundable after October 15th.
Refunds apply to both funds paid and fees committed to (e.g., two-payment or monthly plans).
If a season-long class is not the right fit, we encourage families to consider our sessional classes instead.
Sessional Class Refunds
Registering for a sessional class is a commitment for the full session.
A 100% refund or cancellation (minus registration fee) is available before the first day of class.
A 50% refund or cancellation is available if the withdrawal occurs within the first 14 days of the session.
Beyond 14 days, refunds will be considered case-by-case in the event of injury, illness, or relocation.
As with season-long classes, refunds refer to both payments made and payments committed to.
Bravo Dance Co. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in any class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance with Bravo Dance Co., I acknowledge that there is a potential risk of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities for any injury or accident that may occur to me or my child while participating in any Bravo Dance Co. activities.
I release and hold harmless Bravo Dance Co., its owners, staff, volunteers, guest artists, and students from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action resulting from any loss, injury, or death to myself, my child(ren), or property while participating in Bravo Dance Co. programs.
I understand it is my responsibility to assess my (or my child’s) physical limitations and to act within them. If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a child, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to do so.
