Miss Natale’s Dance Centre – Studio Policies & Registration Information

CLASS AVAILABILITY & ENROLLMENT
You will be notified if a class is full or does not have available space.
Please visit our website www.mndcdance.com for the most current updates on class availability.
All classes require a minimum of 5 enrolled dancers to run.

STUDENT CONDUCT
Students are expected to be respectful in class and toward others at all times.
Bullying, including on social media platforms, will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal.

REGISTRATION & TUITION
Registration Fee: $30 per student (discounted through August 15th). After August 15th, the fee will increase.
Payment accepted through the online portal or in person via cash or check only.

First Month's Tuition must be paid at the time of registration.

Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments, not based on the number of classes per month.

Installments 9 & 10 (for May & June) are due together no later than April 25th.

Tuition will not be discounted for late enrollments.

There is no one-class rate.

TUITION POLICY
To receive the discounted monthly rate, tuition must be paid by the 25th of the previous month.
Standard rate applies to any payments made after the 25th.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or credit card via AutoPay (5.5% fee applies).

Returned check fee: $50.

All costume and competition fees must be paid in cash at the studio.

Every dance family will receive access to a portal account to manage payments, register for classes, and receive important updates.

It is the family's responsibility to keep their email address current.

BREAKS & CLOSINGS
We follow the local school calendar for closings: Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Memorial Day.
Snow Days: If school is closed, MNDC is also closed. If after-school activities are canceled due to weather, the studio will close as well.
Notifications regarding closings will be shared via email, website, and Facebook page.

MISSED CLASSES & MAKEUPS
There are no refunds for missed classes.
A makeup class will only be scheduled if a teacher cancels.
Private or semi-private missed lessons may be rescheduled as a group class if needed.

COSTUMES & RECITAL
All dancers must wear a studio-ordered costume to participate in the recital.
A $55 costume deposit is due no later than October 27th (cash only).
Costume balances are due by February 1st (cash only).
Costumes are non-refundable once ordered. Any needed alterations are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Costumes will not be distributed until the end-of-year balance is paid in full.
Competition costumes must be paid in full by October 27th (cash only).

Recital tickets will go on sale a few weeks before the show. All attendees must purchase a ticket.
All dancers will remain in the backstage area for the duration of the recital.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in class involves a risk of injury and I do hereby assume and accept risk inherent to the above-named participants activities at Miss Natales Dance Centre. I also agree to hold Miss Natales Dance Centre, its owners, employees and/or agents harmless for any loss or damage to my property and for injury and/or injuries, which might be sustained by me while participating in an activity at Miss Natales Dance Centre. I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain insurance coverage for myself or any medical expenses that might be incurred during my enrollment at Miss Natales Dance Centre by their agents. I have read the above and my signature indicates the understanding of Miss Natales Dance Centre assumption of risk policies and is given as part of the consideration for services rendered by Miss Natales Dance Centre and their agents. I grant Miss Natales Dance Centre my permission to use photographs for any legal use, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Payment Agreement:

I am registering my dancer for classes and understand that I am responsible for paying all tuition due.
If I choose to pay in monthly installments, I acknowledge that in order to receive the discounted rate, my tuition payment must be made on or before the 25th day of each month for the upcoming month.
I understand that monthly installments 9 and 10 will be due together no later than April 25th.

Payments Accepted:
Payments may be made by cash, check, or by enrolling in autopay through the parent portal.
Please note: There is a 5.5% transaction fee for autopay.

Withdraw from Class:
Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days before the upcoming month.
If notice is given less than 14 days before the next month, you will be charged for that month’s tuition.

Costume Payments:
Costume fees must be paid by cash or check only and submitted directly at the studio.
