Tuition Fees:
All dance tuition fees will be posted to your account at the start of the term. Payment must be made online through the portal. No additional fees will be charged for online payments.
Annual Administration Levy:
There is an annual $50 administration levy, issued with the first statement of the year regardless of when enrolment occurs. This levy covers liability insurance, APAR licence, and administration costs. The levy is non-refundable.
Payment Deadlines:
Fees must be fully paid by the due date shown on your account, which is 14 days after the issue date.
Debit/Credit Card on File: Families are required to save a valid debit or credit card on their account. The card will not be charged unless a payment plan is agreed upon or there are outstanding fees after ending enrolment.
Missed Classes:
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes unless a medical certificate is provided, in which case a credit will be applied to the following term's fees. If a student will be away for an extended period of time, prior arrangement can be made in which the term's fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Mid-Term Enrolments:
Students joining mid-term will be charged according to the remaining weeks of the term.
Public Holidays:
Studio 2 Dance still holds classes on public holidays unless otherwise stated. Fees will be adjusted only if classes are explicitly cancelled.
Costume Levy:
A costume levy will be applied to your account in Term 2 for the hire of costumes for our annual production. This levy is non-refundable.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available for term fees (only) and incur a $20 setup fee. Please contact administration to arrange a plan.
COVID-19 Clause:
If government legislation requires dance facilities to close due to COVID restrictions, no refunds will be offered, as classes will continue online for the remainder of the term. If a student must isolate due to government restrictions, no refund or credit will be provided, as all classes will be streamed live for remote access.
Natural Disasters & Emergency Closures:
In the event of a natural disaster or emergency where government agencies mandate school closures and advise the public to stay home, all Studio 2 Dance classes will be canceled. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes. If possible, we will offer a makeup class or an alternative learning opportunity at a later date.
Debt Collection:
If outstanding fees are forwarded to our debt collection agent, an additional 20% will be added to cover their fees.
Enrolment Termination:
At the owner’s discretion, enrolment may be terminated if there are ongoing concerns with the timely payment of term fees.
