In 2016, Dancinality implemented a policy in response to fixed overheads and newly established student-to-teacher ratio guidelines. This policy stipulates that class fees are to be paid irrespective of attendance.

I hereby acknowledge and consent to the condition that fees for my/my child's classes are due regardless of actual attendance. I commit to maintaining timely payments for my classes.

Furthermore, I understand that failure to keep my class fees up to date may result in the addition of a late fee to my account, which amounts to 10% of the outstanding balance owed to Dancinality if payments fall behind by more than two weeks.

Additionally, I acknowledge that any deposits made for costumes are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind after signing the concert commitment form.

Moreover, I consent to abide by Dancinality's Code of Conduct, which is as follows:

** All students aged 18 and above, as well as parents or guardians of minors, must read and agree to adhere to this code prior to participating in classes at Dancinality. Please signify your agreement by signing/checking the provided agreement form. **

- Offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Any form of violence is strictly prohibited.
- Gossip or malicious comments concerning Dancinality staff or fellow students, whether verbal, written (including text messages and emails), or posted on social media platforms, will not be tolerated.
- Polite and respectful communication is expected at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited within a 10-meter radius of the building perimeter.
- Use of profanity or discussion of inappropriate topics is prohibited.
- Participation in indecent activities or games is strictly forbidden.
- Practical jokes of a dangerous or humiliating nature are not permitted.
- Appropriate attire must be worn during all classes.

MEDIA RELEASE WAIVER

By enrolling in or participating in any Dancinality classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, events or activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Permission to Record & Use Media
I grant Dancinality, its staff, contractors and authorised representatives permission to photograph, film, record and capture images or audio of me/my child during any studio-related activity.

- Use of Media
I authorise Dancinality to use these images, videos or recordings for promotional, educational, advertising and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print material, online advertising, newsletters, studio displays and external media.

- Ownership of Material
I acknowledge that all media captured remains the property of Dancinality. I understand I will not receive compensation, payment or royalties for the use of these materials.

- No Obligation to Use
I understand Dancinality is not obligated to use any media captured and may edit, crop or alter material as required.

- Revocation
I understand that I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, but revocation does not apply to any media already produced, published or distributed prior to the date of revocation.

- Parent/Guardian Consent (if under 18)
I am the parent/guardian of the participant and provide permission on their behalf.

By signing/checking, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms outlined above.
