Please read the following terms carefully.... - In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise Casey Priddle Dancers to seek medical advice for my child with a medical doctor or at a hospital. I will be responsible for any costs incurred including ambulance or medical fees and understand these will not be covered by CPD. All attempts to contact parents will be made. - Whilst safety is a priority at our studio, participation in physical activity may involve the risk of accidents occurring. Casey Priddle, Casey Priddle Dancers and it's staff are not liable for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to personal property. Casey Priddle Dancers and its teachers accept no legal responsibilities for any injuries, or lost, stolen or damaged property. Please name all property carefully and leave valuable items at home. - Photography and video recording may be used during class and at concerts, competitions and other events throughout the year. I am aware my child may be featured and this may be used for (including but not limited to) CPD website, newsletters, promotional advertising and/or displayed at the studio or concert. Please contact us if you do not want your child to be featured. - Casey Priddle Dancers does not issue refunds for classes missed due to non-attendance. Students are welcome to attend a make-up class with a similar suitable class. In the event of a lockdown suitable alternative options or credit will be provided. TROUPE/ ELITE STUDENTS ONLY - Troupe & Elite class students may be required to participate in additional rehearsals on weekends and during the school holidays. - Participates must be available to attend competitions & performances throughout the year. - Participation in these program required a 12 month commitment. I understand that I/ my child is making a committed to a team for the entire year of 2024. - We will make every effort to attend all rehearsals and will give at least 6 week’s notice if I will be away during a competition or performance. - Students must attend at least 80% of classes to be eligible to participate in competitions.
