Release of Liability: I understand that Selah Academy LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained prior to the beginning, during or following classes. I release Selah Academy LLC from any and all liability for any injury, illness, or property damage occurring during instruction or performance. I understand that the class space is not accountable for any injury, illness, or property damage occurring during instruction or performance. I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating in all of the activities and classes. Selah Academy LLC has my permission to take photos and videos of my child and consent to use such materials for promotional purposes. I understand that financial credit will not be given for missed classes; however make-up classes can be taken.
•Payments that are received after the tenth of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. •Tuition & registration fees are nonrefundable. If you wish to unenroll, please notify us before a new month begins. •We do not issue refunds for missed classes. If you miss a class, you have 60 days to attend a make up class. Please check with us for the appropriate day and time. •Tuition is based on the full season of classes (September-May). It is not based on the number of classes that fall into each month. All holiday breaks have been already considered into your monthly payment. You do not pay more for longer months nor do you receive a discount for shorter months. •You can unenroll at any time, but you cannot pause tuition. If you wish to unenroll, you will be charged a registration fee upon returning.
