Release of Liability: I understand that Selah Academy LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained prior to the beginning, during or following classes. I release Selah Academy LLC from any and all liability for any injury, illness, or property damage occurring during instruction or performance. I understand that the class space is not accountable for any injury, illness, or property damage occurring during instruction or performance. I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating in all of the activities and classes. Selah Academy LLC has my permission to take photos and videos of my child and consent to use such materials for promotional purposes. I understand that financial credit will not be given for missed classes; however make-up classes can be taken within 30 days of the missed lesson. No make-up lessons allowed in May.
Tuition & registration fees are non-refundable. StepUp Scholarship/PEP funds are required to be reserved quarterly in three month increments. If self pay, first month tuition deposit due at time of registration, all other payments are due on the first of each month, October - May. If using StepUp Scholarship/PEP funds are required to be reserved quarterly in three month increments. Tuition is applied on the 1st of each month, and a late fee is incurred if it is not paid by the 10th. No Contracts are required however, if you wish to unenroll, please let us know by the 20th of the month prior. There will be no refunds or credit for classes missed. If you miss a class, you have the opportunity to take a make-up lesson within 60 days of the missed lesson. Dancers cannot drop classes and use make-ups to continue attending. If you unenroll with make-ups available, you forfeit those make-ups. Make-up classes are permitted for up to 30 days after the missed class, and must be made in a class of the same or lower level. There are no make-up classes allowed in May. If a student enrolls partway through a month, their tuition may be prorated to reflect the remainder of the classes for that month. Tuition is broken into monthly installments but based on the entire year. You do not pay more for longer months nor less for shorter months. Tuition is non-transferable.
