I hereby agree to waiver the right to take legal action against the Doyle Academy of Irish dance and the Academy studio, any other dance hire venues, Paula Doyle (or Paula Hunkin), Leeann Doyle and /or any other affiliates and associates for injuries incurred on these premises. It is understood and agreed that the participant is physically fit and prepared for participation in these activities which will be undertaken, and that the participant has not been advised by any doctor or other medical person that participation in these activities should be avoided and/or limited.

I have read all the Academy’s policies and accept all the conditions of my dancers enrolment. If a secondary party if covering payment of your dancers fees they must also sign the enrolment form in agreement of our fees policies.

Doyle Academy will follow any directive from the New Zealand Government & Ministry of Health for conducting our in person classes safely.

By enrolling with the Doyle Academy of Irish Dance, it confirms that you accept all our terms and conditions of enrolment.

Two weeks’ notice is required to stop classes. To withdraw from classes a parent/caregiver must give two weeks advance notice via email to enable us to offer the space to another student and adjust accounts.

Tuition must be paid during the two week notice period. All tuition charges will stop after the two-week notice period, and any tuition paid for beyond this date will be refunded.
