Students enrolling into Hype Dance HV are entitled to one free trial to any style. After their free trial, if the students wishes to continue they must complete an enrolment form and pay the full enrolment amount before their next class. · Enrolments are valid until the end of each school year and must be cancelled in written form by the end of each term when a student is unable to attend the following term. The enrolment fee is non-refundable and any student wishing to leave the studio must give two weeks written notice or they will be required to pay until the end of that term. · We offer three payment options. Periodic Payments (credit card or bank transfer) - Choose to pay into our account via direct bank transfer, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Families can fill out a form advising how much will be paid and how frequently. Anyone with an outstanding amount at the end of one term will not be able to participate in the following term until payment is arranged. A 10% late fee will be applied to outstanding fees. Term Payment (credit card or bank transfer) - Pay the term upfront within 3 days of receiving your invoice and receive a 5% discount on the term fees. Anyone who chooses this method and hasn't paid in full by the end of week 5 will receive a 10% late fee. Auto Pay Enroll into our auto pay system and have your fees taken directly from your account weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Late fees will apply if payments fail and are not rectified in a timely manner. Families may swap between payment methods each term, just email our account manager · Students are required to pay for all classes they are enrolled in even if they are unable to attend class. · If a students fees remain outstanding at the beginning of Week 2 of the following term they will be asked to sit out of class until the full payment is received or a payment plan is made with the principal. · If a student is going to be away for extended periods of time (ie. 4 weeks or more) discounted terms fees may be applied for. These arrangements must be made at the commencement of term and discounts will be at the discretion of the Principal. · Family discounts and multiple class discounts are available and can be discussed during the enrolment process. · Students are required to wear uniform whilst attending classes. Uniform can be purchased through the studio. At minimum students are expected to wear a studio shirt or leotard with black shorts or tights. · Students are expected to purchase the shoes required for the classes they enrol in, at the latest, students are expected to have their shoes 5 weeks after their enrolment. Mini/Junior Ballet shoes, Inter and above, Turning shoes Cheer/Hip hop ? White slip on canvas shoes Acro/Fundamentals ? No shoes Competition Class ? Black jazz shoes, Turning Shoes (before first competition - other shoes required will be discussed with each team) · All our staff are trained and have undergone their Working with Children Check. Parents are to respect the teacher?s form of discipline. If you feel an action is inappropriate, a meeting can be organised with the principal to discuss. · Any student wanting to participate in the competition class or ballet exam class must do a fundamentals class. · Students attending the competition class will be notified about competition dates as soon as the studio is aware. Students are expected to commit to the competition class and provide three weeks notice if they cannot attend a competition. Students who miss three or more consecutive eisteddfods without a valid reason will be asked to reconsider their place in the competition class. · Students who wish to do exams must discuss with their teacher before making payment. If the teacher thinks the student is ready for examination payment can be made. However, if the students performance and attendance decreases between the exam payment due date and the examination the teacher has the right to remove that student from the exam. If parents have any concerns with these terms and conditions they are encouraged to organise a meeting with the principal to discuss.
