- We do not offer refunds for students who miss classes
- No refund will be given for students ceasing classes before the end of term unless discussed with Sarah
- The correct uniform must be worn at all times
- Please label all items of dance uniform so that if anything is lost or left behind we can return it to you
- Beat 87 Dance Academy has a no bulling tolerance and all issues will be addressed
- New students are able to have a guardian sit and watch their first lesson only. After that all parents are to wait in our waiting area.
- Bring a water bottle to class. Especially through these hot months
- No food to be consumed during class including chewing gum
- No mobile phones. Please turn them to silent and leave them in your bag
- At times during class it may be necessary for the teacher to touch a student for correction and place their body in the right position
- Regular attendance to class is necessary to improve progress and especially at concert time
- Please be punctual to class. If you arrive early feel free to warm up in our waiting area
- If a student is absent or begins later in the year at our discretion we may limit the concert participation depending on what the student is able to pick up in the time frame without hindering the rest of the class
- We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings
- For privacy and safety STRICTLY NO videoing/photography of students without permission
- In the event of an emergency an ambulance will be called. Please note* if you DO have ambulance cover all children under the age of 17 must be registered as a dependant on your Ambulance Victoria Family Membership
- We have a full Fire Plan in place with a safe meeting point
- Beat 87 Dance Academy is not liable for injuries that occur while dancing
