Waiver & Release

1. I understand that participation in classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and other activities at MAMAKEISH Kpop Academy involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all associated risks.

2. I confirm that I (or my child) am physically able to participate and understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any medical condition that may affect participation.

3. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in any MAMAKEISH program or activity.

4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless MAMAKEISH Kpop Academy, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

5. If registering on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and have the legal authority to accept this Waiver & Release on their behalf.

6. By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to MAMAKEISH’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy for Minors (where applicable), and all other applicable studio policies.

Terms & Conditions

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following policies throughout your participation at MAMAKEISH K-Pop Academy.


Enrollment is contingent upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. MAMAKEISH communicates directly with parents or legal guardians only. Parents or guardians are responsible for all communication regarding the student.


Email is MAMAKEISH’s primary method of communication.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their email address and phone number remain accurate and up to date. MAMAKEISH is not responsible for missed notifications, schedule changes, or any inconvenience resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information.
Please do not contact the Studio Director or instructors through personal text messages or social media regarding studio matters.


Students are expected to:
* Arrive on time and prepared for class.
* Wear the required dress code.
* Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
* Participate with a positive attitude.
* Notify the studio of any absence whenever possible.
* Stay home if ill.

Regular Program students are strongly encouraged to avoid missing more than three (3) classes during the season.

Students who miss more than three (3) classes may be recommended to take private lessons at their own expense to help them catch up on choreography, technique, or performance material.

Make-up classes are not offered unless otherwise stated.


Students and parents are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, disruptive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct—both in person and online—will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund or credit.

Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors and staff. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program.


MAMAKEISH reserves the right to change instructors, substitute instructors, class schedules, class locations, studio locations, or combine classes when necessary due to enrollment, staffing, or operational requirements.
