Account Registration & Communication Policy

You must be 18 years or older to register for an account with Pirrie Performing Arts.

For privacy and safeguarding reasons, Pirrie Performing Arts will only communicate about student details, class information, and account matters with the individual who completes the registration and submits the student’s information. This ensures clarity, confidentiality, and the protection of all parties involved.

Important Information – Please Read Before Attending Your First Class

By registering with Pirrie Performing Arts, you confirm that you understand and accept that dance (of any kind) is a physically demanding activity and, like all physical disciplines, carries a risk of injury. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and supportive environment, accidents can happen.

As part of our duty of care, you also give permission for Pirrie Performing Arts staff to administer basic first aid if necessary. This may include cleaning minor cuts or grazes and applying a plaster or bandage.

Compulsory Participation Waiver

Before your child attends their first class, a parent/guardian must sign the participation waiver. This is a compulsory requirement to ensure we have the correct medical and emergency contact information and your full consent to participate.

Without a signed waiver, students will not be permitted to take part in class.

Pirrie Performing Arts take every care to ensure the safety of all participants during classes and activities within Pirrie studios and classes. By signing this waiver you confirm the following;

Class Fees: Please note that when signing up to classes (not including free trial class) you agree to pay your class fees in advance of classes either in full for the term or at the beginning of each month for the month ahead.

We send monthly statements at the beginning of each month/term.
