Payments and Policies
1) An annual FALL $50 registration fee per new student (not applicable for summer intensives and camps)
$50.00 for 1st sibling, 2nd Sibling $45, 3rd+ siblings $35 per sibling
This fee is only charged once at the time of New Season Registration and is non-refundable.
2) All Students enrolled in classes are required to have a valid credit card on file as monthly tuition will be auto drafted on the 1st of every month. If you fall more than 2 months behind in tuition payments without a valid payment plan in place JDA has the right to suspend your dancer(s) from class until you can get current with past due payments. Please do NOT manually pay tuition as it will be auto drafted again when tuition runs. A late fee of $20 will be applied on the 5th of the month if payment has not been completed.
3. We gladly accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Check or Credit Card for other fees.
4. All posted Fees will be charged a LATE FEE if not paid in full by 5 calendar days post due date.
5. Any and all Payments received will be applied in chronological order from the oldest fees due 1st including late fees that have occured.
Our Studio Tuition Structure
Weekly class sessions from August 17, 2026 - June 2026
Monthly tuition is based on the average of 3 to 5 weeks of classes per month.
Some months have as few as (3) three weeks others have as many as (5) five.
You are not paying for scheduled school vacations and holidays. Our calendar is based on the Pinellas/Pasco County School system. We do our best to accommodate them both. Make-ups are allowed.
Non- Refundable Tuition and Other Fees:
It is the policy of Just Dance Academy, Inc. that all tuition, registration, competition, costume, and other fees paid shall not be refunded at any time, regardless of the time of cancellation by the student or student's parents or guardians or whether the relevant program has commenced. If the relevant program has been cancelled by the Just Dance Academy, Inc., we will make best efforts to move the student into a substantially similar program; if no such substantially similar program exists, we will issue a full refund. If in the event that you leave and you chargeback any non refundable tuitions, fees, costumes ,etc. Just Dance Academy will seek legal action.
Attendance:
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Students are encouraged to consult the schedule and attend make-up classes with similar age and skill level. Please ask before attending any make up classes. If your child has an illness or injury and cannot attend classes temporarily, payment is still expected to continue to hold your dancer's spot. If you choose to no longer continue, your account will be charged until we receive written notice of cancellation.
30 DAY WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION
We require a 30 day written notice of cancellation of classes in advance if you decide to stop dance classes. You will be charged for the next 30 days of classes once you notify us in writing of any changes. You will continue to be charged tuition and recital fees until we receive a written notification of cancellation. JDA reserves the right to pursue legal action if you do not provide written documentation of cancellation and do not pay any incurred fees.

Recital Fees / Costume Fees:
All weekly/monthly students are required to participate in our end of season recital. A non refundable recital fee per student will be due on April 15. A down payment per recital costume will be due November 15th and final payment will be due by March 15th.
Photo Release & Agreement
In conjunction with my participation I give permission for Just Dance Academy, Inc. to take and use photos and/or video of me or my child without remuneration in connection with studio publications, website, social media, and advertising.
Medical Emergencies
In case of injury or illness and a parent cannot be reached, Just Dance Academy, Inc. may authorize medical treatment for the above named student. I understand that because dance involves motion, there is a risk to injury. I and my heirs hereby release Just Dance Academy, Inc., it's employees, instructors, managing members, and owners from liability for damages and/or injury or medical expenses, which might occur as a result of my child's participation. My child has no problems that might compromise his/her safe involvement.
Indemnification and Release
I release Just Dance Academy, Inc., it's instructors, independent contractors, and all other associates from liability for harm, theft, or injury that may be suffered by me and/or members of my family traveling to or from or during participation in activities and programs sponsored by Just Dance Academy, Inc.. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in a dance class or other dance related activities. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses and voluntary assume the risk that I and/or my children may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending and participating and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I release Just Dance Academy, Inc., it's instructors, independent contractors and all associates from liability for harm, injury or death pertaining to COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses.I/we are fully familiar with the intended activities and demands of a rigorous dance training program, including both the physical fitness expectations and the inherent and unavoidable risks of injury and harm, and I/we represent and warrant that the Student is able to participate fully in the Program's activities, that no health professional has advised us of any risks or conditions that would limit or impede the Student's full and safe participation, that I/we are not aware of any medical or other conditions which would limit the Student's full and safe participation in the program, and that I/we understand and accept the inherent and unavoidable risks of injury and harm that may occur due to the Student's participation in this Program. I/we agree further that if the Student sustains any injury or illness prior to the commencement of the Program, we shall advise Just Dance Academy, Inc. promptly in writing so that an assessment can be made whether the Student can participate in the Program. I, therefore, consent to my child's participation in the Program, and I further consent to my child's participation in any other activity taken in connection with the Program.
Release of Liability
Student, in attending Just Dance Academy, Inc. does so at his/her own risk. As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Just Dance Academy, Inc. it's owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises. I understand that appropriate physical contact is required during the instruction of dance, and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me or my child for such instruction.
