I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, and related activities at Riverwalk Dance Collective involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. While the studio takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe environment, accidents may still occur.
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Riverwalk Dance Collective, its owners, instructors, staff, and any affiliated facilities from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, or property loss that may occur before, during, or after participation in any studio-related activity.
In the event of an emergency or injury, and if I/we cannot be reached, I/we authorize Riverwalk Dance Collective staff to seek and obtain any necessary medical treatment for myself and/or my child. I/we understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
I also agree to follow all studio policies, class rules, and facility guidelines, and accept full responsibility for any damage I or my child may cause to studio property.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release.

I hereby grant Riverwalk Dance Collective permission to use photographs and video recordings of myself and/or my child, taken during regular classes, rehearsals, and studio events, for use in promotional materials, publications, social media, and the studio website. I understand that these images may be used for marketing and publicity purposes and waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the images.
