Policies:
A week before the end of each month tuition will be posted to accounts. Tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month with no exceptions and WILL INCUR A $25 LATE FEE if paid after the 1ST. Students will not be allowed to participate in class if tuition has not been paid by the 10th of the month. Accounts must be current to receive recital costume and perform in the show.
Please remember that monthly tuition is for your reserved space in the class and will stay the SAME each month. First month's tuition will be paid in full if you are signing up after the season has already started and we will prorate your second month based on how many classes your student was able to attend.
Credit cards have a 3.5% processing fee. There is no processing fee for bank accounts, cash, or check. Signups can be done at our front desk with cash or check also.
Thirty days' notice is required to drop from the studio. We do not offer any refunds once tuition has been paid for the month.
If your dancer misses a class due to illness or family emergency, makeups are available based upon enrollment for two weeks after the missed session. Prior notification of absence must happen in order to do makeups.
A recital participation fee of $60 on November 1st and March 1st will be due per student. This to helps cover the cost of our venue, staff, programs, instructors time, etc. This fee will include a digital video of the show, a pair of tights, and souvenir t-shirt! Recital fees are non-refundable. Recital tickets will go on sale sometime in May and range between $25-30 per ticket.
Costume Fees will be posted to your account in December and payment will be due by January 10, 2025. Costume prices will be somewhere around $90-110 per class. Costume Fee's once paid are non-refundable. Each class has its own specific costume, and you will not be able to make schedule changes once purchased.
My student may be used in videos and photography for social media, websites, print materials, etc.
Release Of Liability:
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Ignite Dance Center LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Ignite Dance Center LLC, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
