Payment Authorization
I hereby authorize Fusion Dance San Diego, doing business as Fusion Dance Solana Beach (FDSB) to charge the payment account on file for any and all enrollments or classes attended by me or my family members as defined in my online account in accordance with the following payment policies.

Payment Policies
Fusion Dance Solana Beach offers a wide range of classes and pricing structures. Prices, teachers, locations, class times, and class descriptions are subject to change at any time. Fusion Dance Solana Beach reserves the right to cancel classes and refuse service in its sole discretion. Please be sure to read and fully understand all class descriptions and programs before enrolling in or attending class. Once a participant attends a class there are no refunds for that class.
Pricing policies are grouped below according to the enrollment and attendance method. Some classes may fall under multiple enrollment types, in which case the method of enrollment dictates the policy applied. For example, if a student attends a single class as a drop-in student the drop-in class policy applies. If the student attends the same class as an enrolled student in the full training session the training session policy applies. Fusion Dance Solana Beach strives to offer the best classes at the best rates and sticking to these policies without exception helps to keep our operating costs to a minimum.
Dance is an art form that can and is often designed to push the body to its limits. As such, injuries can occur. From a training standpoint, an injury does not necessarily mean that training cannot continue. Fusion Dance Solana Beach strongly encourages our students, when appropriate for the individual situation, to observe and attend class throughout any recovery phase of an injury to the extent they are able to and to the extent cleared to do so by a licensed medical physician. Much can still be learned through observation and participation in the class conversation even when physical activity is not included.

Drop-In Classes
Drop-in class charges are usually processed immediately but may be processed at the next available processing window or as part of class reconciliation. You may see a class charge several days after attending class due to processing delays. All class attendance is listed on the online portal for your individual account. Please be sure to check-in for all classes. Attendance in class constitutes authorization for payment whether signed in or not.

Drop Class: A $20/class for dancers dropping fee will be added on you dance account for each class that you are dropping

Student Classes
Monthly tuition for the season classes is based on average classes per month for the entire season Labor Day-June recital. Some months have fewer classes due to holidays and some have more. Monthly tuition will remain the same unless a student adds/drops a class.

Tuition
Monthly tuition is billed once a month beginning in September through May with the first payment, 20% of the calculated tuition is due upon registration. The Technique classes and Competition Programs are full season commitments. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month by automated electronic by debit or credit card. Every account must have a valid credit card or bank account on file. There is a $25 fee for any returned declined cards. There is a $25 late fee charged automatically after 15 days the monthly tuition is due. Students will be dropped from all their classes if payments are not made 30 days after tuition is due. The non-refundable registration fee is $45 and is required each season that a student is registered in Student Classes.

Safer studio
FDSB requires all staff and students to stay home when they are ill. In order to reduce community spread of Coronavirus, we follow best practices and recommendations from our local health department and from our industry association, More Than Just Great Dancing!® and Youth Protection Advocates in Dance. FDSB understands that unlike older children and adults, young children cannot be expected to maintain social distancing at all times. Therefore FDSB focuses on a hierarchy of measures beginning with keeping ill people home, followed by frequent hand cleaning and good hygiene practices, amplified cleaning, and curricular and facility adaptations to minimize contact and mingling where possible. All studio classes are backed up on an online learning platform. In the event a class is unable to be held at the studio classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume.

Workshops and Summer Programs
Please read all program information before enrolling. Teachers and individual classes within the program are subject to change at any time. The program design and intention will, however, remain the same. Fusion Dance Solana Beach reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment or for any reason. Fusion Dance Solana Beach will make every effort to notify students and families as far in advance as possible of any major changes.

Termination
Students may terminate enrollment at any time; however, we ask that Students provide 30 days' notice so that Fusion Dance Solana Beach can adequately account and adjust for such terminations. Only amounts paid for classes that have not occurred are refundable. Missed classes are non-refundable. Unused portions of any payments for classes that have not occurred will be refunded; however, where the payment was made for classes based on any discount, the classes taken will be calculated based on the full rate of the classes taken without any discounts applied. For regular student classes, this means at the standard drop-in rate. If after such full rate classes have been applied, there remains an unused balance for classes that have not yet occurred, then that unused balance will be refunded.

Registration fees of any kind whether for classes, events, performances, competitions, 20% deposit, and costume fees are nonrefundable.

Waiver of Liabilities
The following Terms and Conditions govern my child's participation in Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb) classes. I understand that I and my child will be bound by these terms and conditions. In consideration of the services provided by Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb), I hereby release and discharge Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb) and its officers, directors, members, employees, consultants, suppliers, and affiliates (collectively the "Releases"), from any and all liabilities, demands, claims, losses, injuries, obligations or damages to myself, my child or others, or any other claims including claims that are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, past, future, or contingent or third party claims arising from or in connection with services provided by Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb). I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby do consent in all respects to the terms and conditions of this 2022-2023 Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb) Terms and Conditions and agree that both the minor and I shall be bound by all of its terms and conditions.

Class Cancellation
You must give thirty (30) days' written notice by emailing Anthony@FusionDanceSolanaBeach.com if you wish to discontinue weekly in-person classes at the studio. During those thirty days, your child is welcome to attend classes and events. **Does not apply to summer camps**

Makeup Classes
You are able to make up a missed class in any of our age-appropriate classes within one month from the date of absence.To make up a class, you must receive permission by emailing Anthony@FusionDanceSolanaBeach.com after your date of absence.

There is a non-refundable $45.00 registration fee per dancer per Season. **Does not apply to summer camps**

Publicity
I grant permission to Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb) LLC and it's agents or employees to use my child's image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied or modified in any pictures, video recordings, digital images, any future media, and the like ("Materials") made on behalf of Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb). I agree that Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb) has complete ownership of the Materials including the entire copyright, and may alter them or use them in perpetuity worldwide in any medium or format now existing or created in the future to promote Fusion Dance Solana Beach (Fdsb). I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of such Materials.
