You acknowledge that participation in dance, acrobatics, and related physical activities involves inherent risks of accidental injury. You voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of your child and agree to release and hold harmless Canadian School of Dance, its directors, employees, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, losses, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Families may withdraw within the first two weeks of classes to receive a refund, less the registration fee and classes attended. After this two-week window, registration is final for the full September-June season, and no refunds or credits are issued. Monthly payment plans are a financing convenience, not a month-to-month membership; if your dancer stops attending after the two-week mark, you remain responsible for the full remaining seasonal tuition. Additionally, a $40 fee applies to all failed payments.
You consent to CSD photographing or recording your dancer for marketing, website, and social media purposes. You may opt out at any time by updating your preferences in the Parent Portal or emailing info@canadianschoolofdance.com.
If a dancer requires urgent medical attention and a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached, you authorize CSD to obtain appropriate emergency medical treatment. You accept financial responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
