TERMES ET CONDITIONS (français)

Veuillez lire les politiques ci-dessous attentivement.

1. CHAMP D’APPLICATION
Ces termes et conditions (ci-après « CONDITIONS ») régissent la prestation de services par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON INC., ayant sa place d'affaires principale au 834 boulevard Provencher, dans la ville de Brossard, province du Québec, J4W 1Y6 (ci-après « ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON » OU « NOUS »).
1.1 INSCRIPTION
Le client (ci-après le « CLIENT » OU « VOUS ») doit créer un compte afin de s’inscrire à un cours, pour lui-même ou pour une personne mineure dont il a la GARDE (ci-après le « ÉLÈVE »). Le titulaire du compte doit être âgé de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus et, le cas échéant, confirmer qu'il détient l'autorité parentale sur l’ÉLÈVE qu'il inscrit.
Ces Conditions constituent un contrat entre l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et le CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
Le CLIENT reconnaît comprendre que la pratique de la danse, le conditionnement physique ou toute autre activité offerte par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON représente des risques inhérents. Le CLIENT doit s’assurer que sa condition physique ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il inscrit lui permet de participer au cours envisagé et de consulter un médecin au besoin. En confirmant son inscription ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il représente, le CLIENT dégage ainsi l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et son personnel de toute responsabilité liée aux accidents, blessures ou autres dommages qui pourraient arriver avant, pendant ou après les cours (incluant les cours en ligne), compétitions, spectacles et autres représentations, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des locaux, sauf en cas de faute lourde ou de négligence grossière de la part de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ou d’un de ses représentants. De plus, le CLIENT consent, par la présente, à ce que les premiers soins d’urgence soient administrés à l’ÉLÈVE en cas de besoin, incluant le transport en ambulance.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à communiquer avec la personne à contacter en cas d'urgence, indiquée dans le dossier de l’ÉLÈVE, dans les plus brefs délais advenant une telle éventualité. Le CLIENT est tenu de répondre aux appels téléphoniques et/ou aux messages courriels provenant des propriétaires ou une personne se désignant comme un employé de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, dans les meilleurs délais, dans le cas où le personnel aurait besoin de vous contacter en urgence.
Nous ne serons en aucun cas responsables pour les vols, bris ou pertes de vos effets personnels ou de ceux d’un ÉLÈVE. Nous conseillons de ne pas apporter d’objets de valeur aux cours, compétitions ou lors des spectacles ou tout autre évènement.
Notre responsabilité aux termes des présentes Conditions est limitée à la somme que nous avons reçue de vous pour l’inscription à un cours. L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, ses administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et représentants, ne pourront en aucun cas être tenus responsables envers vous, l’ÉLÈVE ou envers toute autre personne, pour des dommages indirects, accessoires, consécutifs, spéciaux ou punitifs résultant de la participation à un cours, une compétition, un spectacle ou tout autre événement.

3. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Des images sous différents flux de médias (photos, vidéos, etc.) pourront être captées autant durant la tenue des cours que durant des événements, notamment, les compétitions, les spectacles ou tout autre évènement. L’ÉLÈVE est susceptible d’y apparaître à des fins de présentation et de promotion des activités de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Le CLIENT reconnaît que toutes les images sont et demeureront en tout temps la propriété de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et transfère ainsi à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON l’intégralité des droits de propriété intellectuelle auxquels il pourrait prétendre sur ces dernières.
En confirmant son inscription ou celle d’un ÉLÈVE pour lequel il exerce les droits légaux, le CLIENT consent ainsi, gratuitement et pour toute la durée de leur utilisation par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, à ce que les images soient : captées ; diffusées par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON par tout moyen jugé approprié (réseaux sociaux, site internet, médias écrits, etc.) ; utilisées à des fins promotionnelles ou autres ; transmises à des tiers, incluant des partenaires ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON; modifiées, adaptées, ou reproduites à la seule discrétion de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ; cédées ; ou concédées sous licence à des tiers pour l’une des fins mentionnées ci-haut.

4. CHÈQUE SANS PROVISION ET/OU PAIEMENT DÉCLINÉ
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON facture des frais de pénalité de 45,00 $ pour tout chèque sans provision ou tout paiement refusé. Le CLIENT s’engage à payer son solde en argent comptant, plus les frais de pénalités de 45,00 $ dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables de la date d’avisement du chèque sans provision. L’ÉLÈVE de pourra pas participer à son prochain cours, sans réception du paiement, même si le cours tombe dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables pour acquitter la facture.

5. COSTUMES DE SPECTACLE
Les costumes sont portés lors des spectacles ou compétitions. La participation aux spectacles est optionnelle pour les cours récréatifs. Tout ÉLÈVE participant à un spectacle devra acheter le costume choisi par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Les prix varient selon les spécificités de ce dernier et sera communiqué au CLIENT avant la date limite de la commande (mi-automne). Des frais supplémentaires pourraient s’appliquer en cas de commande tardive.
À noter que l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON n’est pas un vendeur professionnel de ces costumes. Les costumes sont fournis tel quel et à vos risques et périls, toute garantie légale étant exclue sur ces derniers.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ne sera pas en aucun cas responsable pour les vols, perte ou dommage une fois que vous avez pris possession du costume.
Les costumes étant confectionnés sur mesure suite à des commandes, ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un remboursement pour quelque raison que ce soit. En cas d’abandon d’un cours ou d’annulation pour quelque raison que ce soit, il demeure entendu que l’ÉLÈVE pourra conserver tout matériel ou costume dont il aura acquitté le prix d’achat.

6. ANNULATION DE COURS EN RAISON DE MAUVAISE TEMPÉRATURE
Pour la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON se réserve le droit d’annuler la tenue d’une classe de manière ponctuelle si les circonstances l’exigent, notamment, en cas de tempête, panne d’électricité ou tout autre événement ne permettant pas d’assurer raisonnablement la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel. Ces cours ne seront pas repris et ne seront pas sujets à remboursement. En cas d’absence d’un professeur pour maladie ou pour toute autre raison, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON assignera un remplaçant, déterminé à sa seule discrétion, afin d’assurer le maintien du cours.

7. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DE COURS DE DANSE

7.1 GÉNÉRAL

Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par session. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’un cours par le CLIENT.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, y compris les frais d’inscription, si le cours est annulé par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON.

La date d’annulation sera la date dont l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON a reçu la demande, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel suivante : info@camerondance.com. Tous les cours qui ont eu lieu avant la demande d’annulation par le CLIENT, doivent être payées, et ne font pas l'objet d'un remboursement, que l’ÉLÈVE ait suivi le cours ou non.

7.2 ANNULATION AVANT LE DÉBUT DES COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, avant la date de début de cours, le CLIENT sera remboursé la totalité des frais payés, moins les frais d’inscription.

7.3 ANNULATION APRÈS LE PREMIER COURS, MAIS AVANT LE TROISIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le premier cours, mais avant que le troisième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT sera remboursé les frais pour les cours qui n’ont pas encore prit place, moins une pénalité de dix pourcent (10%) du remboursement et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.4 ANNULATION APRÈS LE TROISIÈME COURS, MAIS AVANT LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le troisième cours, mais avant que le quatrième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT ne sera pas remboursé, ni les frais du cours, ni les frais d’inscription. Le CLIENT recevra une note de crédit applicable à une session ultérieure de son choix. La totalité des frais des cours qui n’auront pas encore eu lieu, seront crédités, sans aucune pénalité, et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.5 ANNULATION APRÈS LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le quatrième cours.

7.6 ABSENCE À UN COURS

Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à un cours, peu importe sa raison, le CLIENT n’est pas éligible à un remboursement ni une note de crédit pour le cours manqué.

8. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DU CAMP ESTIVAL
Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par semaine de camp. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’une semaine de camp de jour par le CLIENT.
Le CLIENT s’engage à faire parvenir à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON une demande d’annulation d’inscription au camp de jour, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com en incluant le nom complet de l’ÉLÈVE inscrit au camp et les semaines que le CLIENT désire annuler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, si une semaine de camp de jour est annulée par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, en raison d’un nombre insuffisant de participants ou si les Directives de la santé publique ne le permettent pas de se dérouler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés, moins les frais d’inscription, lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE de la semaine de camp de jour, moins de soixante-douze (72) heures avant la date du début de la semaine de camp de jour en question.
Le remboursement sera traité dans le dix (10) jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la demande d’annulation reçu par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. La date d’annulation constitue la date à laquelle un courriel a été envoyé par le CLIENT à l’adresse courriel info@camerondance.com.
Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à une ou plusieurs journées du camp de jour, le fait de ne pas participer, ne constitue pas un avis d’annulation de la part du CLIENT et ne donnera pas lieu à un remboursement.

9. CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES LIÉES À LA COVID-19

Les cours se donneront en présentiel dans la mesure du possible. Toutefois, si les circonstances devaient l’exiger, notamment, en cas de nouvelle vague épidémiologique liée à la COVID-19 ou à tout autre incident de santé publique, les cours seront donnés sous forme virtuelle selon l’horaire habituel. Il relèvera alors de votre responsabilité de fournir à l’ÉLÈVE l’assistance requise dont il pourrait avoir besoin et de disposer du matériel technologique nécessaire.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage également à se conformer aux exigences et recommandations des autorités gouvernementales en matière de santé publique et à prendre les moyens nécessaires en ce sens. Tous les protocoles sanitaires et autres mesures qui seront adoptés par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON devront être strictement respectés par le CLIENT et l’ÉLÈVE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (English)

Dear Reader,
Please read the policies below carefully.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") govern the provision of services by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE INC. having its principal place of business at 834 boulevard Provencher, in the City of Brossard, Province of Quebec, J4W 1Y6 (hereinafter "CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE" OR "WE").
1.1 INSCRIPTION
The client (hereinafter the "CLIENT" OR "YOU") must create an account in order to register for a course, either for yourself or for a minor for whom you are the LEGAL GUARDIAN (hereinafter the "STUDENT"). The account holder must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and, where applicable, confirm that he/she has parental authority over the STUDENT he/she is registering.
These Conditions constitute a contract between CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and the CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The CLIENT acknowledges that the practice of dance, fitness or any other activity offered by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE involves inherent risks. The CLIENT must ensure that his/her physical condition, or that of the STUDENT he/she is registering, allows him/her to participate in the proposed course, and to consult a physician if necessary. By confirming his/her registration or that of the STUDENT he/she represents, the CLIENT hereby releases CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and its staff from all liability for accidents, injuries or other damages that may occur before, during or after classes (including online classes), competitions, shows and other performances, whether inside or outside the premises, except in the case of gross negligence or gross misconduct on the part of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE or one of its representatives. Furthermore, the CLIENT hereby consents to the administration of emergency first aid to the STUDENT in case of need, including ambulance transportation.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to contact the emergency contact person indicated in the STUDENT'S file as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. The CLIENT is responsible for answering telephone calls and/or emails from the owners or a person identifying him/herself as an employee of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, as soon as possible, in the event that the staff needs to contact you in an emergency.
We will not be held responsible for theft, breakage or loss of your personal belongings or those of a STUDENT. We advise you not to bring valuables to classes, competitions, shows or other events.
Our liability under these Conditions is limited to the amount we have received from you for enrolment in a course. In no event will CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable to you, the STUDENT or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages resulting from participation in any class, competition, performance or other event.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Images in various media streams (photos, videos, etc.) may be captured during classes as well as during events such as competitions, shows or any other event. The STUDENT may appear in these images for the purpose of presenting and promoting the activities of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The CLIENT acknowledges that all images are and will remain at all times the property of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and hereby transfers to CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE all intellectual property rights to which he or she may be entitled.
By confirming his/her registration or that of a STUDENT for whom he/she exercises the legal rights, the CLIENT thus consents, free of charge and for the entire duration of their use by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, to the images being : captured ; distributed by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE by any means deemed appropriate (social networks, website, print media, etc.); used for promotional or other purposes; transmitted to third parties, including CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE partners; modified, adapted or reproduced at CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE's sole discretion; assigned; or licensed to third parties for any of the aforementioned purposes.

4. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF) CHECK AND / OR PAYMENT DECLINED
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE charges a $45.00 penalty fee for any NSF cheque or dishonoured payment. The CLIENT agrees to pay the balance in cash, plus the $45.00 penalty fee, within five (5) business days of notification of the NSF cheque. The STUDENT will not be able to attend his or her next course until payment is received, even if the course falls within the five (5) working days required to pay the invoice.

5. SHOW COSTUMES
Costumes are worn for shows and competitions. Participation in shows is optional for recreational classes. All students participating in a show must purchase the costume chosen by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. Prices vary according to costume specifications and will be communicated to the CLIENT before the order deadline (mid-autumn). Additional charges may apply for late orders.
Please note that CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE is not a professional seller of these costumes. Costumes are supplied "as is" and at your own risk, all legal warranties being excluded.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will not be responsible in any way for theft, loss or damage once you have taken possession of the costume.
Costumes are made to order and cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever. In the event of withdrawal from a course or cancellation for any reason whatsoever, it is understood that the STUDENT may keep any material or costume for which he/she has paid the purchase price.

6. COURSE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER
For the safety of STUDENTS, teachers and staff, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE reserves the right to cancel a class from time to time if circumstances require, including storms, power failures or other events that cannot reasonably be expected to ensure the safety of STUDENTS, instructors and staff. These courses will not be rescheduled or refunded. In the event of an instructor's absence due to illness or any other reason, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will assign a replacement, determined at its sole discretion, to ensure that the class continues.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DANCE CLASSES

7.2 GENERAL

The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per session. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a class by the CLIENT.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund, in full, all fees paid by the CLIENT, including registration fees, if the class is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE.

The cancellation date will be the date on which CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the request, in writing, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com. All classes held prior to the CLIENT's request for cancellation must be paid for, and will not be reimbursed, whether or not the STUDENT attended the class.

7.3 CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the course, before the course start date, the CLIENT will be reimbursed all fees paid, less the registration fee.

7.4 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FIRST CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE THIRD CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class, after the first class, but before the third class has taken place, the CLIENT will be refunded the fees for the classes that have not yet taken place, less a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the refund and less the registration fees.

7.5 CANCELLATION AFTER THE THIRD CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE FOURTH CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives a written request from the CLIENT to withdraw the CLIENT from the course, after the third course but before the fourth course has taken place, the CLIENT will not be refunded the course fees or the registration fees. The CLIENT will receive a credit note applicable to a subsequent session of his/her choice. All fees for courses that have not yet taken place will be credited, without any penalty, and minus the registration fee.

7.6 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FOURTH CLASS

No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing to its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class after the fourth class.

7.7 STUDENT’S ABSENCE FROM CLASS

If a STUDENT is absent from a class for any reason, the CLIENT is not eligible for a refund or credit for the missed class.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMP
The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per camp week. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a week of summer camp by the CLIENT.
The CLIENT agrees to send CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE a written request for cancellation of summer camp registration, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com including the full name of the STUDENT enrolled in the camp and the weeks the CLIENT wishes to cancel.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to refund, in full, the fees paid by the CLIENT, if a week of day camp is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, due to an insufficient number of participants or if Public Health Directives do not allow it to take place.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund camp fees paid in full when a STUDENT requests to cancel his or her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address, info@camerondance.com before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for summer camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund all camp fees paid, less registration fees, when a STUDENT requests to cancel his/her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com, before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for SUMMER camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the CLIENT's written request to withdraw the STUDENT from the week of summer camp at its e-mail address less than seventy-two (72) hours before the start date of the week of summer camp in question.
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the cancellation request by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The cancellation date is the date on which an e-mail was sent by the CLIENT to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com
If a STUDENT is absent from one or more days of the day camp, the fact of not participating does not constitute a notice of cancellation on the part of the CLIENT and will not give rise to a refund.

9. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS RELATED TO COVID-19
Wherever possible, courses will be given in person. However, should circumstances require it, notably, in the event of a new epidemiological wave linked to COVID-19 or any other public health incident, courses will be given in virtual form according to the usual schedule. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to provide the STUDENT with any assistance he or she may require, as well as the necessary technological equipment.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE also undertakes to comply with the requirements and recommendations of government health authorities and to take the necessary steps in this regard. All health protocols and other measures adopted by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE must be strictly adhered to by the CLIENT and the STUDENT

1. CHAMP D’APPLICATION
Ces termes et conditions (ci-après « CONDITIONS ») régissent la prestation de services par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON INC., ayant sa place d'affaires principale au 834 boulevard Provencher, dans la ville de Brossard, province du Québec, J4W 1Y6 (ci-après « ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON » OU « NOUS »).
1.1 INSCRIPTION
Le client (ci-après le « CLIENT » OU « VOUS ») doit créer un compte afin de s’inscrire à un cours, pour lui-même ou pour une personne mineure dont il a la GARDE (ci-après le « ÉLÈVE »). Le titulaire du compte doit être âgé de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus et, le cas échéant, confirmer qu'il détient l'autorité parentale sur l’ÉLÈVE qu'il inscrit.
Ces Conditions constituent un contrat entre l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et le CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
Le CLIENT reconnaît comprendre que la pratique de la danse, le conditionnement physique ou toute autre activité offerte par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON représente des risques inhérents. Le CLIENT doit s’assurer que sa condition physique ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il inscrit lui permet de participer au cours envisagé et de consulter un médecin au besoin. En confirmant son inscription ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il représente, le CLIENT dégage ainsi l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et son personnel de toute responsabilité liée aux accidents, blessures ou autres dommages qui pourraient arriver avant, pendant ou après les cours (incluant les cours en ligne), compétitions, spectacles et autres représentations, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des locaux, sauf en cas de faute lourde ou de négligence grossière de la part de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ou d’un de ses représentants. De plus, le CLIENT consent, par la présente, à ce que les premiers soins d’urgence soient administrés à l’ÉLÈVE en cas de besoin, incluant le transport en ambulance.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à communiquer avec la personne à contacter en cas d'urgence, indiquée dans le dossier de l’ÉLÈVE, dans les plus brefs délais advenant une telle éventualité. Le CLIENT est tenu de répondre aux appels téléphoniques et/ou aux messages courriels provenant des propriétaires ou une personne se désignant comme un employé de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, dans les meilleurs délais, dans le cas où le personnel aurait besoin de vous contacter en urgence.
Nous ne serons en aucun cas responsables pour les vols, bris ou pertes de vos effets personnels ou de ceux d’un ÉLÈVE. Nous conseillons de ne pas apporter d’objets de valeur aux cours, compétitions ou lors des spectacles ou tout autre évènement.
Notre responsabilité aux termes des présentes Conditions est limitée à la somme que nous avons reçue de vous pour l’inscription à un cours. L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, ses administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et représentants, ne pourront en aucun cas être tenus responsables envers vous, l’ÉLÈVE ou envers toute autre personne, pour des dommages indirects, accessoires, consécutifs, spéciaux ou punitifs résultant de la participation à un cours, une compétition, un spectacle ou tout autre événement.

3. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Des images sous différents flux de médias (photos, vidéos, etc.) pourront être captées autant durant la tenue des cours que durant des événements, notamment, les compétitions, les spectacles ou tout autre évènement. L’ÉLÈVE est susceptible d’y apparaître à des fins de présentation et de promotion des activités de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Le CLIENT reconnaît que toutes les images sont et demeureront en tout temps la propriété de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et transfère ainsi à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON l’intégralité des droits de propriété intellectuelle auxquels il pourrait prétendre sur ces dernières.
En confirmant son inscription ou celle d’un ÉLÈVE pour lequel il exerce les droits légaux, le CLIENT consent ainsi, gratuitement et pour toute la durée de leur utilisation par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, à ce que les images soient : captées ; diffusées par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON par tout moyen jugé approprié (réseaux sociaux, site internet, médias écrits, etc.) ; utilisées à des fins promotionnelles ou autres ; transmises à des tiers, incluant des partenaires ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON; modifiées, adaptées, ou reproduites à la seule discrétion de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ; cédées ; ou concédées sous licence à des tiers pour l’une des fins mentionnées ci-haut.

4. CHÈQUE SANS PROVISION ET/OU PAIEMENT DÉCLINÉ
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON facture des frais de pénalité de 45,00 $ pour tout chèque sans provision ou tout paiement refusé. Le CLIENT s’engage à payer son solde en argent comptant, plus les frais de pénalités de 45,00 $ dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables de la date d’avisement du chèque sans provision. L’ÉLÈVE de pourra pas participer à son prochain cours, sans réception du paiement, même si le cours tombe dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables pour acquitter la facture.

5. COSTUMES DE SPECTACLE
Les costumes sont portés lors des spectacles ou compétitions. La participation aux spectacles est optionnelle pour les cours récréatifs. Tout ÉLÈVE participant à un spectacle devra acheter le costume choisi par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Les prix varient selon les spécificités de ce dernier et sera communiqué au CLIENT avant la date limite de la commande (mi-automne). Des frais supplémentaires pourraient s’appliquer en cas de commande tardive.
À noter que l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON n’est pas un vendeur professionnel de ces costumes. Les costumes sont fournis tel quel et à vos risques et périls, toute garantie légale étant exclue sur ces derniers.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ne sera pas en aucun cas responsable pour les vols, perte ou dommage une fois que vous avez pris possession du costume.
Les costumes étant confectionnés sur mesure suite à des commandes, ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un remboursement pour quelque raison que ce soit. En cas d’abandon d’un cours ou d’annulation pour quelque raison que ce soit, il demeure entendu que l’ÉLÈVE pourra conserver tout matériel ou costume dont il aura acquitté le prix d’achat.

6. ANNULATION DE COURS EN RAISON DE MAUVAISE TEMPÉRATURE
Pour la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON se réserve le droit d’annuler la tenue d’une classe de manière ponctuelle si les circonstances l’exigent, notamment, en cas de tempête, panne d’électricité ou tout autre événement ne permettant pas d’assurer raisonnablement la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel. Ces cours ne seront pas repris et ne seront pas sujets à remboursement. En cas d’absence d’un professeur pour maladie ou pour toute autre raison, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON assignera un remplaçant, déterminé à sa seule discrétion, afin d’assurer le maintien du cours.

7. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DE COURS DE DANSE

7.1 GÉNÉRAL

Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par session. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’un cours par le CLIENT.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, y compris les frais d’inscription, si le cours est annulé par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON.

La date d’annulation sera la date dont l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON a reçu la demande, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel suivante : info@camerondance.com. Tous les cours qui ont eu lieu avant la demande d’annulation par le CLIENT, doivent être payées, et ne font pas l'objet d'un remboursement, que l’ÉLÈVE ait suivi le cours ou non.

7.2 ANNULATION AVANT LE DÉBUT DES COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, avant la date de début de cours, le CLIENT sera remboursé la totalité des frais payés, moins les frais d’inscription.

7.3 ANNULATION APRÈS LE PREMIER COURS, MAIS AVANT LE TROISIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le premier cours, mais avant que le troisième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT sera remboursé les frais pour les cours qui n’ont pas encore prit place, moins une pénalité de dix pourcent (10%) du remboursement et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.4 ANNULATION APRÈS LE TROISIÈME COURS, MAIS AVANT LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le troisième cours, mais avant que le quatrième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT ne sera pas remboursé, ni les frais du cours, ni les frais d’inscription. Le CLIENT recevra une note de crédit applicable à une session ultérieure de son choix. La totalité des frais des cours qui n’auront pas encore eu lieu, seront crédités, sans aucune pénalité, et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.5 ANNULATION APRÈS LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le quatrième cours.

7.6 ABSENCE À UN COURS

Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à un cours, peu importe sa raison, le CLIENT n’est pas éligible à un remboursement ni une note de crédit pour le cours manqué.

8. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DU CAMP ESTIVAL
Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par semaine de camp. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’une semaine de camp de jour par le CLIENT.
Le CLIENT s’engage à faire parvenir à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON une demande d’annulation d’inscription au camp de jour, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com en incluant le nom complet de l’ÉLÈVE inscrit au camp et les semaines que le CLIENT désire annuler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, si une semaine de camp de jour est annulée par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, en raison d’un nombre insuffisant de participants ou si les Directives de la santé publique ne le permettent pas de se dérouler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés, moins les frais d’inscription, lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE de la semaine de camp de jour, moins de soixante-douze (72) heures avant la date du début de la semaine de camp de jour en question.
Le remboursement sera traité dans le dix (10) jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la demande d’annulation reçu par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. La date d’annulation constitue la date à laquelle un courriel a été envoyé par le CLIENT à l’adresse courriel info@camerondance.com.
Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à une ou plusieurs journées du camp de jour, le fait de ne pas participer, ne constitue pas un avis d’annulation de la part du CLIENT et ne donnera pas lieu à un remboursement.

9. CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES LIÉES À LA COVID-19

Les cours se donneront en présentiel dans la mesure du possible. Toutefois, si les circonstances devaient l’exiger, notamment, en cas de nouvelle vague épidémiologique liée à la COVID-19 ou à tout autre incident de santé publique, les cours seront donnés sous forme virtuelle selon l’horaire habituel. Il relèvera alors de votre responsabilité de fournir à l’ÉLÈVE l’assistance requise dont il pourrait avoir besoin et de disposer du matériel technologique nécessaire.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage également à se conformer aux exigences et recommandations des autorités gouvernementales en matière de santé publique et à prendre les moyens nécessaires en ce sens. Tous les protocoles sanitaires et autres mesures qui seront adoptés par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON devront être strictement respectés par le CLIENT et l’ÉLÈVE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (English)

Please read the policies below carefully.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") govern the provision of services by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE INC. having its principal place of business at 834 boulevard Provencher, in the City of Brossard, Province of Quebec, J4W 1Y6 (hereinafter "CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE" OR "WE").
1.1 INSCRIPTION
The client (hereinafter the "CLIENT" OR "YOU") must create an account in order to register for a course, either for yourself or for a minor for whom you are the LEGAL GUARDIAN (hereinafter the "STUDENT"). The account holder must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and, where applicable, confirm that he/she has parental authority over the STUDENT he/she is registering.
These Conditions constitute a contract between CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and the CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The CLIENT acknowledges that the practice of dance, fitness or any other activity offered by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE involves inherent risks. The CLIENT must ensure that his/her physical condition, or that of the STUDENT he/she is registering, allows him/her to participate in the proposed course, and to consult a physician if necessary. By confirming his/her registration or that of the STUDENT he/she represents, the CLIENT hereby releases CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and its staff from all liability for accidents, injuries or other damages that may occur before, during or after classes (including online classes), competitions, shows and other performances, whether inside or outside the premises, except in the case of gross negligence or gross misconduct on the part of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE or one of its representatives. Furthermore, the CLIENT hereby consents to the administration of emergency first aid to the STUDENT in case of need, including ambulance transportation.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to contact the emergency contact person indicated in the STUDENT'S file as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. The CLIENT is responsible for answering telephone calls and/or emails from the owners or a person identifying him/herself as an employee of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, as soon as possible, in the event that the staff needs to contact you in an emergency.
We will not be held responsible for theft, breakage or loss of your personal belongings or those of a STUDENT. We advise you not to bring valuables to classes, competitions, shows or other events.
Our liability under these Conditions is limited to the amount we have received from you for enrolment in a course. In no event will CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable to you, the STUDENT or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages resulting from participation in any class, competition, performance or other event.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Images in various media streams (photos, videos, etc.) may be captured during classes as well as during events such as competitions, shows or any other event. The STUDENT may appear in these images for the purpose of presenting and promoting the activities of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The CLIENT acknowledges that all images are and will remain at all times the property of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and hereby transfers to CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE all intellectual property rights to which he or she may be entitled.
By confirming his/her registration or that of a STUDENT for whom he/she exercises the legal rights, the CLIENT thus consents, free of charge and for the entire duration of their use by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, to the images being : captured ; distributed by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE by any means deemed appropriate (social networks, website, print media, etc.); used for promotional or other purposes; transmitted to third parties, including CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE partners; modified, adapted or reproduced at CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE's sole discretion; assigned; or licensed to third parties for any of the aforementioned purposes.

4. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF) CHECK AND / OR PAYMENT DECLINED
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE charges a $45.00 penalty fee for any NSF cheque or dishonoured payment. The CLIENT agrees to pay the balance in cash, plus the $45.00 penalty fee, within five (5) business days of notification of the NSF cheque. The STUDENT will not be able to attend his or her next course until payment is received, even if the course falls within the five (5) working days required to pay the invoice.

5. SHOW COSTUMES
Costumes are worn for shows and competitions. Participation in shows is optional for recreational classes. All students participating in a show must purchase the costume chosen by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. Prices vary according to costume specifications and will be communicated to the CLIENT before the order deadline (mid-autumn). Additional charges may apply for late orders.
Please note that CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE is not a professional seller of these costumes. Costumes are supplied "as is" and at your own risk, all legal warranties being excluded.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will not be responsible in any way for theft, loss or damage once you have taken possession of the costume.
Costumes are made to order and cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever. In the event of withdrawal from a course or cancellation for any reason whatsoever, it is understood that the STUDENT may keep any material or costume for which he/she has paid the purchase price.

6. COURSE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER
For the safety of STUDENTS, teachers and staff, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE reserves the right to cancel a class from time to time if circumstances require, including storms, power failures or other events that cannot reasonably be expected to ensure the safety of STUDENTS, instructors and staff. These courses will not be rescheduled or refunded. In the event of an instructor's absence due to illness or any other reason, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will assign a replacement, determined at its sole discretion, to ensure that the class continues.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DANCE CLASSES

7.2 GENERAL

The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per session. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a class by the CLIENT.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund, in full, all fees paid by the CLIENT, including registration fees, if the class is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE.

The cancellation date will be the date on which CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the request, in writing, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com. All classes held prior to the CLIENT's request for cancellation must be paid for, and will not be reimbursed, whether or not the STUDENT attended the class.

7.3 CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the course, before the course start date, the CLIENT will be reimbursed all fees paid, less the registration fee.

7.4 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FIRST CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE THIRD CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class, after the first class, but before the third class has taken place, the CLIENT will be refunded the fees for the classes that have not yet taken place, less a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the refund and less the registration fees.

7.5 CANCELLATION AFTER THE THIRD CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE FOURTH CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives a written request from the CLIENT to withdraw the CLIENT from the course, after the third course but before the fourth course has taken place, the CLIENT will not be refunded the course fees or the registration fees. The CLIENT will receive a credit note applicable to a subsequent session of his/her choice. All fees for courses that have not yet taken place will be credited, without any penalty, and minus the registration fee.

7.6 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FOURTH CLASS

No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing to its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class after the fourth class.

7.7 STUDENT’S ABSENCE FROM CLASS

If a STUDENT is absent from a class for any reason, the CLIENT is not eligible for a refund or credit for the missed class.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMP
The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per camp week. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a week of summer camp by the CLIENT.
The CLIENT agrees to send CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE a written request for cancellation of summer camp registration, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com including the full name of the STUDENT enrolled in the camp and the weeks the CLIENT wishes to cancel.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to refund, in full, the fees paid by the CLIENT, if a week of day camp is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, due to an insufficient number of participants or if Public Health Directives do not allow it to take place.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund camp fees paid in full when a STUDENT requests to cancel his or her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address, info@camerondance.com before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for summer camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund all camp fees paid, less registration fees, when a STUDENT requests to cancel his/her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com, before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for SUMMER camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the CLIENT's written request to withdraw the STUDENT from the week of summer camp at its e-mail address less than seventy-two (72) hours before the start date of the week of summer camp in question.
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the cancellation request by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The cancellation date is the date on which an e-mail was sent by the CLIENT to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com
If a STUDENT is absent from one or more days of the day camp, the fact of not participating does not constitute a notice of cancellation on the part of the CLIENT and will not give rise to a refund.

9. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS RELATED TO COVID-19
Wherever possible, courses will be given in person. However, should circumstances require it, notably, in the event of a new epidemiological wave linked to COVID-19 or any other public health incident, courses will be given in virtual form according to the usual schedule. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to provide the STUDENT with any assistance he or she may require, as well as the necessary technological equipment.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE also undertakes to comply with the requirements and recommendations of government health authorities and to take the necessary steps in this regard. All health protocols and other measures adopted by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE must be strictly adhered to by the CLIENT and the STUDENT

Ces termes et conditions (ci-après « CONDITIONS ») régissent la prestation de services par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON INC., ayant sa place d'affaires principale au 834 boulevard Provencher, dans la ville de Brossard, province du Québec, J4W 1Y6 (ci-après « ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON » OU « NOUS »).
1.1 INSCRIPTION
Le client (ci-après le « CLIENT » OU « VOUS ») doit créer un compte afin de s’inscrire à un cours, pour lui-même ou pour une personne mineure dont il a la GARDE (ci-après le « ÉLÈVE »). Le titulaire du compte doit être âgé de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus et, le cas échéant, confirmer qu'il détient l'autorité parentale sur l’ÉLÈVE qu'il inscrit.
Ces Conditions constituent un contrat entre l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et le CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
Le CLIENT reconnaît comprendre que la pratique de la danse, le conditionnement physique ou toute autre activité offerte par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON représente des risques inhérents. Le CLIENT doit s’assurer que sa condition physique ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il inscrit lui permet de participer au cours envisagé et de consulter un médecin au besoin. En confirmant son inscription ou celle de l’ÉLÈVE qu’il représente, le CLIENT dégage ainsi l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et son personnel de toute responsabilité liée aux accidents, blessures ou autres dommages qui pourraient arriver avant, pendant ou après les cours (incluant les cours en ligne), compétitions, spectacles et autres représentations, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des locaux, sauf en cas de faute lourde ou de négligence grossière de la part de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ou d’un de ses représentants. De plus, le CLIENT consent, par la présente, à ce que les premiers soins d’urgence soient administrés à l’ÉLÈVE en cas de besoin, incluant le transport en ambulance.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à communiquer avec la personne à contacter en cas d'urgence, indiquée dans le dossier de l’ÉLÈVE, dans les plus brefs délais advenant une telle éventualité. Le CLIENT est tenu de répondre aux appels téléphoniques et/ou aux messages courriels provenant des propriétaires ou une personne se désignant comme un employé de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, dans les meilleurs délais, dans le cas où le personnel aurait besoin de vous contacter en urgence.
Nous ne serons en aucun cas responsables pour les vols, bris ou pertes de vos effets personnels ou de ceux d’un ÉLÈVE. Nous conseillons de ne pas apporter d’objets de valeur aux cours, compétitions ou lors des spectacles ou tout autre évènement.
Notre responsabilité aux termes des présentes Conditions est limitée à la somme que nous avons reçue de vous pour l’inscription à un cours. L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, ses administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et représentants, ne pourront en aucun cas être tenus responsables envers vous, l’ÉLÈVE ou envers toute autre personne, pour des dommages indirects, accessoires, consécutifs, spéciaux ou punitifs résultant de la participation à un cours, une compétition, un spectacle ou tout autre événement.

3. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Des images sous différents flux de médias (photos, vidéos, etc.) pourront être captées autant durant la tenue des cours que durant des événements, notamment, les compétitions, les spectacles ou tout autre évènement. L’ÉLÈVE est susceptible d’y apparaître à des fins de présentation et de promotion des activités de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Le CLIENT reconnaît que toutes les images sont et demeureront en tout temps la propriété de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON et transfère ainsi à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON l’intégralité des droits de propriété intellectuelle auxquels il pourrait prétendre sur ces dernières.
En confirmant son inscription ou celle d’un ÉLÈVE pour lequel il exerce les droits légaux, le CLIENT consent ainsi, gratuitement et pour toute la durée de leur utilisation par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, à ce que les images soient : captées ; diffusées par ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON par tout moyen jugé approprié (réseaux sociaux, site internet, médias écrits, etc.) ; utilisées à des fins promotionnelles ou autres ; transmises à des tiers, incluant des partenaires ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON; modifiées, adaptées, ou reproduites à la seule discrétion de l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ; cédées ; ou concédées sous licence à des tiers pour l’une des fins mentionnées ci-haut.

4. CHÈQUE SANS PROVISION ET/OU PAIEMENT DÉCLINÉ
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON facture des frais de pénalité de 45,00 $ pour tout chèque sans provision ou tout paiement refusé. Le CLIENT s’engage à payer son solde en argent comptant, plus les frais de pénalités de 45,00 $ dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables de la date d’avisement du chèque sans provision. L’ÉLÈVE de pourra pas participer à son prochain cours, sans réception du paiement, même si le cours tombe dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables pour acquitter la facture.

5. COSTUMES DE SPECTACLE
Les costumes sont portés lors des spectacles ou compétitions. La participation aux spectacles est optionnelle pour les cours récréatifs. Tout ÉLÈVE participant à un spectacle devra acheter le costume choisi par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. Les prix varient selon les spécificités de ce dernier et sera communiqué au CLIENT avant la date limite de la commande (mi-automne). Des frais supplémentaires pourraient s’appliquer en cas de commande tardive.
À noter que l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON n’est pas un vendeur professionnel de ces costumes. Les costumes sont fournis tel quel et à vos risques et périls, toute garantie légale étant exclue sur ces derniers.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON ne sera pas en aucun cas responsable pour les vols, perte ou dommage une fois que vous avez pris possession du costume.
Les costumes étant confectionnés sur mesure suite à des commandes, ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un remboursement pour quelque raison que ce soit. En cas d’abandon d’un cours ou d’annulation pour quelque raison que ce soit, il demeure entendu que l’ÉLÈVE pourra conserver tout matériel ou costume dont il aura acquitté le prix d’achat.

6. ANNULATION DE COURS EN RAISON DE MAUVAISE TEMPÉRATURE
Pour la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON se réserve le droit d’annuler la tenue d’une classe de manière ponctuelle si les circonstances l’exigent, notamment, en cas de tempête, panne d’électricité ou tout autre événement ne permettant pas d’assurer raisonnablement la sécurité des ÉLÈVES, des instructeurs et du personnel. Ces cours ne seront pas repris et ne seront pas sujets à remboursement. En cas d’absence d’un professeur pour maladie ou pour toute autre raison, l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON assignera un remplaçant, déterminé à sa seule discrétion, afin d’assurer le maintien du cours.

7. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DE COURS DE DANSE

7.1 GÉNÉRAL

Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par session. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’un cours par le CLIENT.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, y compris les frais d’inscription, si le cours est annulé par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON.

La date d’annulation sera la date dont l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON a reçu la demande, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel suivante : info@camerondance.com. Tous les cours qui ont eu lieu avant la demande d’annulation par le CLIENT, doivent être payées, et ne font pas l'objet d'un remboursement, que l’ÉLÈVE ait suivi le cours ou non.

7.2 ANNULATION AVANT LE DÉBUT DES COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, avant la date de début de cours, le CLIENT sera remboursé la totalité des frais payés, moins les frais d’inscription.

7.3 ANNULATION APRÈS LE PREMIER COURS, MAIS AVANT LE TROISIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le premier cours, mais avant que le troisième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT sera remboursé les frais pour les cours qui n’ont pas encore prit place, moins une pénalité de dix pourcent (10%) du remboursement et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.4 ANNULATION APRÈS LE TROISIÈME COURS, MAIS AVANT LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le troisième cours, mais avant que le quatrième cours ait prit place, le CLIENT ne sera pas remboursé, ni les frais du cours, ni les frais d’inscription. Le CLIENT recevra une note de crédit applicable à une session ultérieure de son choix. La totalité des frais des cours qui n’auront pas encore eu lieu, seront crédités, sans aucune pénalité, et moins les frais d’inscription.

7.5 ANNULATION APRÈS LE QUATRIÈME COURS

Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE du cours, après le quatrième cours.

7.6 ABSENCE À UN COURS

Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à un cours, peu importe sa raison, le CLIENT n’est pas éligible à un remboursement ni une note de crédit pour le cours manqué.

8. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DU CAMP ESTIVAL
Le CLIENT s’engage de payer des frais d’inscription de 25,00 $ par semaine de camp. Ces frais sont non-remboursables, dans le cas d’annulation d’une semaine de camp de jour par le CLIENT.
Le CLIENT s’engage à faire parvenir à l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON une demande d’annulation d’inscription au camp de jour, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com en incluant le nom complet de l’ÉLÈVE inscrit au camp et les semaines que le CLIENT désire annuler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser, dans sa totalité, les frais payés par le CLIENT, si une semaine de camp de jour est annulée par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON, en raison d’un nombre insuffisant de participants ou si les Directives de la santé publique ne le permettent pas de se dérouler.
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage à rembourser intégralement les frais de camp payés, moins les frais d’inscription, lorsqu’un ÉLÈVE demande d’annuler son inscription, par écrit, à l’adresse courriel, info@camerondance.com, avant le 1er juin de l’année respective du camp de jour (e.g. avant le 1er juin 2024 pour les semaines de camp de jour déroulant pendant l’été 2024).
Aucun remboursement, ni crédit, sera accordé au CLIENT si l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON reçoit, par écrit, à son adresse courriel, la demande du CLIENT de retirer l’ÈLÉVE de la semaine de camp de jour, moins de soixante-douze (72) heures avant la date du début de la semaine de camp de jour en question.
Le remboursement sera traité dans le dix (10) jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la demande d’annulation reçu par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON. La date d’annulation constitue la date à laquelle un courriel a été envoyé par le CLIENT à l’adresse courriel info@camerondance.com.
Si un ÉLÈVE s’absente à une ou plusieurs journées du camp de jour, le fait de ne pas participer, ne constitue pas un avis d’annulation de la part du CLIENT et ne donnera pas lieu à un remboursement.

9. CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES LIÉES À LA COVID-19

Les cours se donneront en présentiel dans la mesure du possible. Toutefois, si les circonstances devaient l’exiger, notamment, en cas de nouvelle vague épidémiologique liée à la COVID-19 ou à tout autre incident de santé publique, les cours seront donnés sous forme virtuelle selon l’horaire habituel. Il relèvera alors de votre responsabilité de fournir à l’ÉLÈVE l’assistance requise dont il pourrait avoir besoin et de disposer du matériel technologique nécessaire.

L’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON s’engage également à se conformer aux exigences et recommandations des autorités gouvernementales en matière de santé publique et à prendre les moyens nécessaires en ce sens. Tous les protocoles sanitaires et autres mesures qui seront adoptés par l’ÉCOLE DE DANSE CAMERON devront être strictement respectés par le CLIENT et l’ÉLÈVE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (English)

Please read the policies below carefully.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") govern the provision of services by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE INC. having its principal place of business at 834 boulevard Provencher, in the City of Brossard, Province of Quebec, J4W 1Y6 (hereinafter "CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE" OR "WE").
1.1 INSCRIPTION
The client (hereinafter the "CLIENT" OR "YOU") must create an account in order to register for a course, either for yourself or for a minor for whom you are the LEGAL GUARDIAN (hereinafter the "STUDENT"). The account holder must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and, where applicable, confirm that he/she has parental authority over the STUDENT he/she is registering.
These Conditions constitute a contract between CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and the CLIENT.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The CLIENT acknowledges that the practice of dance, fitness or any other activity offered by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE involves inherent risks. The CLIENT must ensure that his/her physical condition, or that of the STUDENT he/she is registering, allows him/her to participate in the proposed course, and to consult a physician if necessary. By confirming his/her registration or that of the STUDENT he/she represents, the CLIENT hereby releases CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and its staff from all liability for accidents, injuries or other damages that may occur before, during or after classes (including online classes), competitions, shows and other performances, whether inside or outside the premises, except in the case of gross negligence or gross misconduct on the part of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE or one of its representatives. Furthermore, the CLIENT hereby consents to the administration of emergency first aid to the STUDENT in case of need, including ambulance transportation.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to contact the emergency contact person indicated in the STUDENT'S file as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. The CLIENT is responsible for answering telephone calls and/or emails from the owners or a person identifying him/herself as an employee of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, as soon as possible, in the event that the staff needs to contact you in an emergency.
We will not be held responsible for theft, breakage or loss of your personal belongings or those of a STUDENT. We advise you not to bring valuables to classes, competitions, shows or other events.
Our liability under these Conditions is limited to the amount we have received from you for enrolment in a course. In no event will CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable to you, the STUDENT or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages resulting from participation in any class, competition, performance or other event.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Images in various media streams (photos, videos, etc.) may be captured during classes as well as during events such as competitions, shows or any other event. The STUDENT may appear in these images for the purpose of presenting and promoting the activities of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The CLIENT acknowledges that all images are and will remain at all times the property of CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE and hereby transfers to CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE all intellectual property rights to which he or she may be entitled.
By confirming his/her registration or that of a STUDENT for whom he/she exercises the legal rights, the CLIENT thus consents, free of charge and for the entire duration of their use by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, to the images being : captured ; distributed by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE by any means deemed appropriate (social networks, website, print media, etc.); used for promotional or other purposes; transmitted to third parties, including CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE partners; modified, adapted or reproduced at CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE's sole discretion; assigned; or licensed to third parties for any of the aforementioned purposes.

4. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF) CHECK AND / OR PAYMENT DECLINED
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE charges a $45.00 penalty fee for any NSF cheque or dishonoured payment. The CLIENT agrees to pay the balance in cash, plus the $45.00 penalty fee, within five (5) business days of notification of the NSF cheque. The STUDENT will not be able to attend his or her next course until payment is received, even if the course falls within the five (5) working days required to pay the invoice.

5. SHOW COSTUMES
Costumes are worn for shows and competitions. Participation in shows is optional for recreational classes. All students participating in a show must purchase the costume chosen by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. Prices vary according to costume specifications and will be communicated to the CLIENT before the order deadline (mid-autumn). Additional charges may apply for late orders.
Please note that CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE is not a professional seller of these costumes. Costumes are supplied "as is" and at your own risk, all legal warranties being excluded.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will not be responsible in any way for theft, loss or damage once you have taken possession of the costume.
Costumes are made to order and cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever. In the event of withdrawal from a course or cancellation for any reason whatsoever, it is understood that the STUDENT may keep any material or costume for which he/she has paid the purchase price.

6. COURSE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER
For the safety of STUDENTS, teachers and staff, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE reserves the right to cancel a class from time to time if circumstances require, including storms, power failures or other events that cannot reasonably be expected to ensure the safety of STUDENTS, instructors and staff. These courses will not be rescheduled or refunded. In the event of an instructor's absence due to illness or any other reason, CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE will assign a replacement, determined at its sole discretion, to ensure that the class continues.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DANCE CLASSES

7.2 GENERAL

The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per session. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a class by the CLIENT.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund, in full, all fees paid by the CLIENT, including registration fees, if the class is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE.

The cancellation date will be the date on which CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the request, in writing, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com. All classes held prior to the CLIENT's request for cancellation must be paid for, and will not be reimbursed, whether or not the STUDENT attended the class.

7.3 CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the course, before the course start date, the CLIENT will be reimbursed all fees paid, less the registration fee.

7.4 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FIRST CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE THIRD CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing, at its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class, after the first class, but before the third class has taken place, the CLIENT will be refunded the fees for the classes that have not yet taken place, less a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the refund and less the registration fees.

7.5 CANCELLATION AFTER THE THIRD CLASS, BUT PRIOR TO THE FOURTH CLASS

If CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives a written request from the CLIENT to withdraw the CLIENT from the course, after the third course but before the fourth course has taken place, the CLIENT will not be refunded the course fees or the registration fees. The CLIENT will receive a credit note applicable to a subsequent session of his/her choice. All fees for courses that have not yet taken place will be credited, without any penalty, and minus the registration fee.

7.6 CANCELLATION AFTER THE FOURTH CLASS

No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives, in writing to its e-mail address, the CLIENT's request to withdraw the STUDENT from the class after the fourth class.

7.7 STUDENT’S ABSENCE FROM CLASS

If a STUDENT is absent from a class for any reason, the CLIENT is not eligible for a refund or credit for the missed class.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMP
The CLIENT agrees to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per camp week. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a week of summer camp by the CLIENT.
The CLIENT agrees to send CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE a written request for cancellation of summer camp registration, at the following e-mail address: info@camerondance.com including the full name of the STUDENT enrolled in the camp and the weeks the CLIENT wishes to cancel.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE undertakes to refund, in full, the fees paid by the CLIENT, if a week of day camp is cancelled by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE, due to an insufficient number of participants or if Public Health Directives do not allow it to take place.
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund camp fees paid in full when a STUDENT requests to cancel his or her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address, info@camerondance.com before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for summer camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE agrees to refund all camp fees paid, less registration fees, when a STUDENT requests to cancel his/her registration, in writing, to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com, before June 1st of the respective year of the summer camp (e.g. before June 1, 2024 for SUMMER camp weeks taking place during the Summer of 2024).
No refund or credit will be given to the CLIENT if CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE receives the CLIENT's written request to withdraw the STUDENT from the week of summer camp at its e-mail address less than seventy-two (72) hours before the start date of the week of summer camp in question.
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the cancellation request by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE. The cancellation date is the date on which an e-mail was sent by the CLIENT to the e-mail address info@camerondance.com
If a STUDENT is absent from one or more days of the day camp, the fact of not participating does not constitute a notice of cancellation on the part of the CLIENT and will not give rise to a refund.

9. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS RELATED TO COVID-19
Wherever possible, courses will be given in person. However, should circumstances require it, notably, in the event of a new epidemiological wave linked to COVID-19 or any other public health incident, courses will be given in virtual form according to the usual schedule. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to provide the STUDENT with any assistance he or she may require, as well as the necessary technological equipment.

CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE also undertakes to comply with the requirements and recommendations of government health authorities and to take the necessary steps in this regard. All health protocols and other measures adopted by CAMERON SCHOOL OF DANCE must be strictly adhered to by the CLIENT and the STUDENT
