✅ 1. Authorization for Registration in Dance Classes
I authorize All That Dance Studios Inc. to register my child for dance classes of the 2025–2026 dance season (Sep - May). I understand that class placements will be determined by the studio’s schedule and my child’s age or level. I also understand that the schedule, class offerings, and instructors may change from season to season, and that the registration pertains specifically to participation in All That Dance Studios Inc.’s dance programming.

💳 2. Tuition & Fees
I understand that:
-Tuition rates, costumes and membership fees are subject to change each season.
-A non-refundable annual membership fee will be automatically charged upon Registration.
-Any changes to payment methods or account information must be updated and communicated directly to the studio to avoid delays or fees.

💳 3. Payment Authorization
I hereby confirm that I am the authorized user of the debit/credit card saved on file. As such, I authorize All That Dance Studios Inc. to post payments to my account for:
-Current billings
-Tuition fees
-Membership fees
-Costume installments
-Competition entry fees (if applicable)

Any additional invoices related to participation in the studio’s programs, events, or competitions
Accepted payment methods include:

✔️ American Express (Amex)
✔️ Cash (for in-person payments only)
I understand that All That Dance Studios Inc. reserves the right to cancel this registration or withdraw a student from classes, programs, or competitions at any time, with no refunds issued for:
Any charges already processed including:
-Classes to date
-Costumes
-Entry fees

📘 4. Policies, Risk Acknowledgment & Media Consent
I confirm that I have read and understood the Registration Information, Student Guide, Schedule of Fees and Studio Policies, and agree to abide by them. I understand what is payable and when the various fees will be processed.
I acknowledge that participation in dance carries a risk of injury. In consideration of this registration, I hereby release All That Dance Studios Inc. and its instructors from all claims of any kind which may arise as a result of participation.
I also authorize the use of photo images of my child for school brochures, social media, or advertising purposes, at the sole discretion of All That Dance Studios Inc.

💼 5. Refund Policy Acknowledgment
I have read, understood, and agreed to All That Dance Studios Inc.’s Refund Policy as follows:
-The membership fee is non-refundable.
-Monthly tuition instalments are non-refundable once processed.
-Costume instalments are:
-100% non-refundable after November 1, 2025
-Refundable before November 1, 2025, subject to a 10% administrative fee
-Cancellations must be sent via email to the studio and must be confirmed by the studio.
-Cancellations must be received before the next scheduled tuition payment (1st of each month) to avoid further billing.
-No further tuition will be processed once cancellation notice is received.
-Any authorized refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
-No refunds, adjustments, or credits will be issued after March 1, 2026.
-Tuition fees billed in advance of the start of classes are non-refundable, including if the student withdraws prior to the season’s start.
-“Authorized refunds” are considered only under exceptional circumstances and are issued at the sole discretion of All That Dance Studios Inc.

💼 5. Refund Policy Acknowledgment for Summer Classes, Camps and Special Workshops
50% of fees are non-refundable. We require 14 days’ notice for any cancellation. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged 100% of the camp you registered for. In the event that we are unable to run the camp due to government regulations or low enrollment, 100% of fees will be refunded.

💼 6. Acknowledgment of Emergency Operations
I understand and agree that safety procedures may be put in place in the event of an emergency in accordance with Government regulations. This may affect class operations.
