Villa West Performing Arts Membership Waiver & Agreement
Effective for All Members – 2025–2026 Season
By enrolling in classes at Villa West Performing Arts, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms, policies, and conditions of membership:
GENERAL AGREEMENT
I have read, understood, and agree to follow all VWPA policies as outlined in official communications. I accept responsibility for adhering to these policies and understand that VWPA does not offer credits or refunds for classes missed due to holidays, vacations, illness, weather, or other absences.
I understand my child may be photographed or recorded for training, safety, or promotional purposes. I may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request to the front office.
INTRODUCTORY HAPPINESS POLICY
New students enjoy a 6-week trial period to ensure VWPA is the right fit. Families may withdraw within this time without obligation to the full tuition commitment or early withdrawal fee. After 6 weeks, the full Commitment & Tuition Agreement applies.
COMMITMENT & TUITION AGREEMENT
Enrollment in the School Season (August–May) is a 10-month financial commitment. Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments and is not based on attendance.
Payment Method:
All families must keep an active ACH or credit card on file. Tuition is auto-drafted on the 1st of each month (August–May).
Registration Fee: $79 per family account
2025–2026 Tuition Rates:
30-minute class: $690/year ($69/month)
45–60 minute class: $790/year ($79/month)
90–120 minute class: $990/year ($99/month)
Discounts:
3 classes: 10% off total tuition
4+ classes: 15% off total tuition
Sibling(s): 50% off sibling’s total tuition
EARLY WITHDRAWAL POLICY
By enrolling, I agree to pay the full season’s tuition (August–May). If I choose to withdraw early, I will be charged an Early Withdrawal Fee of $500 or the remaining tuition balance, whichever is greater.
LATE & RETURNED PAYMENTS
Late payments incur a $30 late fee
Accounts over 60 days past due may be sent to collections
DRESS CODE
All students are expected to follow the VWPA dress code appropriate for their class type. Dress codes are outlined by discipline and provided upon registration. Proper attire ensures safety, professionalism, and consistency in training.
PRIVACY POLICY
VWPA values your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties. Contact information is used solely for VWPA operations and communication.
