You Must be Over 18 to register for an Account with WPAS Online Portal.

I give my permission for my son/daughter to enrol @ WPAS and accept responsibility for payment of all fees as set out in Payment Options.
Permission to Publish: I understand by enrolling @ WPAS my picture or video footage may be used for promotional use , and give permission for this.
I understand this is an official document and will be used as such if needed.
I understand Enrolment at WPAS is per Term and Registration Fee is to be paid on Registration. Registration Fee is NON - refundable.
I understand there is NO Refund for classes missed, however makeup classes may be done if available.
I understand that enrolment automatically rolls over to the next term unless WPAS is notified in writing via email.
