In order for us to enroll you in a suitable class and have effective communication regarding these classes and other studio related events, we will ask for your / your child's personal details, contact information and the like. For studio communication, we mainly use Whatsapp in the form of Whatsapp groups, to ensure you stay updated with daily communications and no parent / student is missed in communication, as well as email and the occasional phone call. Your details will only be shared with a third party in the event of a competition or an exam etc where the third party event needs these details in order for the dancer to participate, other than that, your details will not be shared, but only used for purposes as stated above.
I hereby agree that participation in all activities are done solely at own risk. I INDEMNIFY El'Shebang Dance, Body & Soul, and all owners, teachers, events, organizers and venues involved, from any claims arising from bodily injury, accidents, damage to, or loss of property or loss of life sustained during any event promoted by El'Shebang, or when practicing taught material. When teaching dance, Pilates or other forms of physical activity, it may be necessary to correct the student's posture or body alignment. I consent to appropriate PHYSICAL CONTACT from the teacher, for this purpose.
I understand that as part of communications activity, El'Shebang occasionally uses photography and videography for publicity purposes. - I give permission for photographs and videos of myself / my child to be taken - These photos/videos may be published as publicity or learning material on the internet or otherwise. - The photos/videos will remain the property of El'Shebang, strictly for the use of above mentioned purposes. - Students may not (arrange to) take photos/videos in class or of any other El'Shebang event, without the appropriate consent. - When consent is given, photographic material still remains the intellectual property of El'Shebang, therefore may only be used for personal viewing purposes of the student only. It may not be shared, broadcasted, performed or published on the internet or otherwise, without prior permission. - This waiver is only applicable to the studio, and does not necessarily give students permission to post above-mentioned material of other students.
