ELEVE STUDIO POLICIES AND RULES:
- Tuition is the first of the month and will post on the 28th of the previous month. Monthly payments are the same each month regardless if it is a 3 or 5 week month.
- Tuition is based on the YEAR and divided into 9 equal installments.
- Checks are no longer accepted.
- Registration fee and 1st months tuition is due at the time of registration. Your child/children will not be registered to the school until payment is received.
- Costume fees will be made in 2 payments: 50% due October 31st and 50% due January 31st. Fees vary depending on class. ALL costumes must be paid in full by January 31st. 50% deposits not paid for in October will not be ordered with the class bulk discount rate and will be subject an Additional $25 late fee per costume. Tentative Recital date for 2025/25 season is May 16th 2025.
- Students starting the season after October 31st will have 100% of their costume balance due January 31st or on the day of their enrollment (if after January 31st).
- A performance fee of $60 is due the first class of the season. This includes 2 tickets per family as well as a small fee to help cover the costs of our performance. Additional tickets will be available for purchase during rehearsals. Ticket availability depends on the number of students and the size of our venue.
- All fees including registration, performance, costumes, and prepaid tuition are non-refundable. Registration, costumes, and performance fees are issued NO credit and are considered a loss if student discontinues lessons. Tuition is non-refundable, but will be applied to later classes as studio credit. No refunds will be issued for tuition for any reason. If a student or family is dismissed from the studio for any reason, no credits will be allowed and no refunds will be given.
- There is a $50 charge applied to all returned checks.
- After the 5th of the month, a $30 late fee will be applied to all accounts. This late fee will be applied on the 6th of the month.
- A declined card fee will be charged if your credit/debit card is declined over and over. The fee is due to our processing company charging the studio a fee for declined cards and an increase in declined cards each month. The fee of $19.99 will be added for each time a card is declined and is not negotiable. Please be sure to have your card on file updated if necessary to avoid this fee. After 3 declined attempts, your dancer will be put on probation until payment is received and card on file is updated. Declined cards on the 1st of the month will be recharged on the 5th and 10th of the month.
- IF A STUDENT FINDS IT NECESSARY TO DISCONTINUE LESSONS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE STUDIO. A WRITTEN CONSENT FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO END DATE. ACCOUNT HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IF WRITTEN NOTICE IS NOT RECEIVED. WORD OF MOUTH DOES NOT COUNT!

- Students and parents are expected to come to class in a sober state. (Yes this had to be added). Please do not bring yourself or your child to the studio if you have been drinking alcohol or if you are not in a sober state. Our job with children is to keep everyone safe. If a teacher suspects you or our dancers are not sober, this will be dealt with in a proper way including calling the sheriffs office or requesting a meeting with the family. It is Miss Dana and our teachers jobs to keep the kids in our facility safe. Teens should follow this as well and be the example for younger students. Remember, young children are watching you. Come to class ready and sober to be a good role model!
- Students must follow dress code for all classes and rehearsals. If you are unsure of the studio dress code, please see a list of appropriate dance wear and shoes at the studio. Eleve Studio sells a variety of quality dance wear and shoes.

- Eleve Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. If you don’t want something to happen to it, leave it home where it’s safe!
- Students should wait inside the building while waiting to be picked up. Please pick your child up in a timely manner after class. Adult supervision ends at the end of class.
- The use of empty studio space is prohibited unless permission is obtained from a teacher.
- Eleve Studio dancers, siblings and friends must be supervised in the waiting area. No running, rough or loud play is permitted. Please tidy up your space before leaving the building.
- Parents and students may bring concerns to Miss Dana at any time. Please remember that teachers at Eleve Studio are employees and do not make executive decisions. Eleve Studio families should also remember that Miss Dana makes decisions based on what is best for the studio, as a whole, not individual preference. Your opinions will be taken into consideration, but the teachers of Eleve Studio have a vision in regards to music, choreography and costumes. Your child’s costume may not be your preference, but it is ultimately the decision of the studio.
