Payments
Tuition is averaged over a 10-month schedule, regardless of the number of weeks in a given month or whether there is a holiday break.
I agree to pay tuition on or before the 10th of each month, regardless of class attendance.
Payments received after the 10th will incur a $10.00 late fee.
I understand that June tuition must be paid in full by June 10th, as rehearsals and performances are considered instructional time.
Returned checks may incur a $25.00 NSF Returned Check Fee, as well as a $10.00 late tuition fee if payment is delayed.
All accounts must be paid in full in order to participate in the recital.

Costume Fees
Costume fees for the recital are $88.00 per class and must be paid by December 1st.
Combination classes perform one dance in the recital.
Company students, Ballet IV & V, and Pointe students may be subject to additional costume charges.
If I/my child(ren) choose not to participate in the recital, I agree to notify the studio on or before December 1st.

Recital Fee
The recital fee is per family and will be due in the spring.
This fee includes entry passes, programs, venue staffing, t-shirt, and other recital-related costs.
A recital package must be purchased to participate in the recital.
All accounts must be paid in full before the recital fee can be accepted.
The recital fee must be paid for your child(ren) to perform. The studio reserves the right to deny access to the stage if the recital fee is unpaid.

Absenteeism
Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes.
Students with excessive absences may not be permitted to perform in the recital. Encore Dance Center will determine what constitutes excessive absenteeism on a case-by-case basis.
It is my responsibility to ensure that my child/myself makes up any missed classes.
Discontinuation of Classes
A two-week written notice is required to discontinue classes.
Failure to provide notice may result in being charged for an additional month's tuition.

Photography Release
I give consent for Encore Dance Center to use photos and/or videos of my child/myself in studio materials, including:
Printed publications (flyers, brochures, advertisements)
The studio’s website: www.EncoreDanceCenter.com
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X)
I understand that my child’s name may or may not be used and that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of images.

Dress Code
I agree to follow the Encore Dance Center dress code as outlined on the website.
Please refer to the website for specific dress code details.

Refund Policy
I understand that Encore Dance Center does not issue refunds for tuition, registration fees, recital fees, or costume fees.
