By creating an account and enrolling a student with Dancers Ink, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Age Requirement
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to register the student(s) listed on this account. If I am registering a minor, I confirm that I am the student's parent or legal guardian or have permission to act on their behalf.

Enrollment & Tuition
I understand that enrollment in classes reserves a spot for my dancer and that tuition is due according to the studio's billing schedule. Tuition is based on enrollment and not attendance. Missed classes are non-refundable but may be eligible for a makeup class, subject to studio policies and availability.

Payments
I agree to pay all tuition, registration fees, recital fees, costume fees, and any other charges associated with my dancer's enrollment. I understand that late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of participation until the account is brought current.

Automatic Payments (If Enrolled)
If I choose to enroll in AutoPay, I authorize Dancers Ink to charge my selected payment method for any recurring tuition or authorized fees according to the studio's billing schedule until I cancel or update my payment information.

Refund Policy
I understand that registration fees, tuition payments, recital fees, and costume fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Dancers Ink.

Attendance & Participation
I understand that regular attendance is important for my dancer's progress and participation in performances. Excessive absences may affect choreography placement or recital participation at the discretion of the studio.

Release of Liability
I acknowledge that dance, tumbling, and related physical activities involve inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Dancers Ink, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Dancers Ink staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Media Release
Unless I notify Dancers Ink in writing, I grant permission for photographs and videos of my dancer taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio events to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, the studio website, and marketing materials.

Studio Policies
I agree to follow all studio policies regarding attendance, dress code, behavior, safety, and communication. I understand that these policies may be updated from time to time and that continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of those policies.

Electronic Agreement
By checking the agreement box and submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. I understand that this electronic acceptance has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
