By creating an account with The EducateDancer Studio, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed on the account. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You acknowledge that creating an account, joining a waitlist, or submitting an enrollment request does not guarantee placement, enrollment, or participation in any class, program, team, or event. Enrollment is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, studio policies, and administrative approval.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from The EducateDancer Studio, including but not limited to emails, text messages, phone calls, app notifications, and other communications related to enrollment, scheduling, billing, studio updates, and program information.

You further agree to comply with all studio policies, procedures, rules, and agreements, as amended from time to time, which will be made available upon enrollment and/or participation. The EducateDancer Studio reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate enrollment, participation, or account access at its sole discretion in accordance with studio policies.
