Payment Policy:
All online registrations incur a 2.4% credit card surcharge through Studio Pro Merchant Services. Further procesing/surchage fees can be avoided by paying at our in office terminal free of charge prior to the due date.
Studio Pro will run Auto pay to your credit card on the 1st of each month on any outstanding balances not paid in office. (some exceptions may be permitted).

Refund Policies:
There are no refunds for dance classes if a student withdraws mid month, only following months may be cancelled. Costume deposits and payments are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

There will be no refunds for cancelled classes due to severe weather conditions or due to student absences for competitions if applicable. (We advise you to call the studio when there are severe weather conditions to see if classes have been cancelled or check on our website main page).

Waiver of Liability:
I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities at Hoofers Performing Arts may result in injury/illness, permanent physical or mental impairment or even death in extreme circumstances. These injuries/illnesses may be minor or may be career or life threatening. Despite precautions, accidents/illness or injuries may occur.

I/we (the dancer and/or parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd.

I/we agree to release and hold harmless Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd, including its sub-contractors, teachers, dancers, assistants and office admin and facilities used by Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd. from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future.

I/we will not hold Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd. liable for any personal injury/illness or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises, at competition or in rehearsal before, during or after classes in or outside of the facility.

Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd.

I understand that Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd. is licensed, accredited and insured.

In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Artistic Director, Angela Prosser as soon as possible.

I understand that participating in a dance or exercise class is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not participate in such an activity unless I am medically able.

I agree to abide by any decision of the instructor relative to my ability to safely participate in such activity through Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd.

I assume all risks associated with participating in such activity including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, slipping, etc. all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, do waive and release Hoofers Performing Arts Ltd., it’s contractors and owners from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my or my child’s participation.
