ATTN: Cancellation Policy for three month dance or gymnastic sessions. If a student is withdrawn from classes two weeks prior to that month beginning, and management is able to find a replacement for that spot that payee will receive a 100% deposit. If we are unable to find a replacement, the payee will receive a 50% refund of their initial payment.

Drop in classes: if a student withdraws from their class less than 48 hours away there are no refunds.

Missed Classes: Refunds are not issued for missed classes. However, students may be eligible for make-up classes depending on the instructors make-up policy & availability.
