This class also places a strong emphasis on Level 2 dismounts, including skills from half-turn cradles to leapfrogs. Athletes will be guided through proper technique in a fun, supportive environment while building confidence and control.
Prerequisite: Athletes must have competed on a Level 1 Elite team for at least two years to enroll.
